Brian came out to give us a second opinion on a repair for our AC. His diagnosis was different than our first quote, and much cheaper. After changing a couple of components our AC is working again! He also checked all of our coolant levels and vent temperatures to be sure things were working properly. I’m looking forward to working with JW Mitchell again, though hopefully not too soon.

Great service and super impressed with knowledge and diagnostic skills. Signed up for service plan too because maintenance beats repair (which was my fault for not changing filter q 90 days). Update: Just got routine service from tech Brian and he was friendly, thorough and helpful. I’m a fan of these guys!

Great service, very responsive and fast in scheduling. I called after 6pm on Friday and Jynessa was able to schedule me the next day at noon to help with our AC problem. And they also charge very reasonable diagnostic fee. And the technician were able to fixing the issue for us the next day. Highly recommend.

Brian went above and beyond to get me oem parts and great pricing on fixing a broken capacitor on my old machine and condenser fan was fast and came out the next day
