Took us four days to get an appointment for Total Comfort to fix our air conditioning unit in this incredible heat of an average of 88 - 93 per day. Finally very excited when they told us this morning (saturday) that a technician would be here between two and four pm. Technician never showed up! I called 3 times requesting an update as to when the technician would arrive?and never even had the courtesy of a return phone call! If you call after hours, it goes to a call center somewhere in the United States! I called another company, 1 Hour AirConditioning in Daytona Beach, Fl. and they will be here tomorrow. Not only will they be here but texted me the info! Total Comfort kiss our 15 year old relationship goodbye! And Jason, you need to up your game.

I wasn’t sure what was wrong as I was just hearing a shorting noise from behind the panel and I’d had lights flicker a couple of times so I submitted a quote request through Angie’s List. Total Comfort was the first to respond and told me they could come by next day. They were up front on their service charges. Electrician was by the next day and at first thought everything looked good except the panel and breakers were old and that I might want to replace at some point. We tried replicating the noise I heard so we turned the heat on to draw more power. Issue was coming from the main breaker. He tried to see if they could get a replacement, but it wasn’t being made anymore. As I have been trying to fix up the house to sell, I authorized the panel replacement. He quoted me $1,200 and told me that they would waive the service charge (price was within range of what I saw from other places). He was there the next day and had everything up and running. Price was as quoted and everything seems to be working fine now.

He was professional and in time. Explained what dad being done.

The service representative was prompt and professional. The service dispatcher was very helpful over the phone. She understood that I needed the repair done immediately and was able to help me in such a short notice. I am very pleased with Total Comfort. I will be using them again in the future. A very satisfied customer.

They are wonderful, I really rely on them. One thing that really stands out about their company is how they anticipate my needs to try to prepare for what I may need. That way they can be prepared and there are no surprises. I've been using them for a long time, they come out every 3-4 months.

I have used them for a number of things including servicing my propane fireplace and appliances and they have been very helpful and professional. I called them for other services, however they were no responsive like the propane division was.

I called Total Comfort to install a post light in front yard about 12 feet in front Brian showed up at 9 am which was the time frame they told me they would arrive. He did a nice job was very satisfied with the work done. The price was much more reasonable compared to other estimates I got. I have used Total Comfort before again a job that was well done. I would likely use them again if needed in the future.

Quick call back and response time to home was very reasonable (2.5 hours on a weekend). Work was professional and the product (Rheem water heater 50 gallon) was still in the box and brand new. The installation went without a hitch and Jorge was very pleasant to talk to. All around great experience...

Professional, prompt, very detailed in installation. Took time to carefully explain everything. Quote wasn’t the lowest, but we felt it offered the most value. We were not disappointed. Total Comfort made it easy from start to finish. Definitely recommend their services.

Showed up on time. Spent a lot of time figuring out multiple issues and stayed till everything was fixed and correct. Price was reasonable for the amount of time and people to fix what was a puzzling issue as three things went wrong at one time and none were related.

The electrical panel was replaced on time. However, Total Comfort totally dropped the ball on completing the permit process. They did not follow through. Once they got my money they did nothing. They did not return calls when they said they would. They lost the permit. They didn’t know a time period could be specified for the city inspection and thus expected me to wait 8 hours for an inspector to show up. Total Comfort’s bid for the job was $1050. This was $70 more than the other bid I received. I went with the higher bid, thinking that Total Comfort would be more reliable. They were not!

Jorge came over to scope out the work. He clearly explained what needed to be done and gave us an estimate. We agreed on the price and made an appointment to have the work done. Jorge arrived a little early and finished the job in about two hours. He was a true professional, clean, quiet, courteous, meticulous in his work. A pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend Jorge and a Total Comfort.

Jorge came out and knew immediately where the leak was coming from. He replaced my faucet in no time. Very friendly & professional.

Tommy arrived on time, was professional, knew exactly what to do and the job was done right. I really appreciated what he did, the fair price, and the fact they came out same day.

These guys did an excellent job. they were prompt, well-priced and very polite. They answered all my questions thoroughly and provided referrals for the work that was outside of their norm. I will use them again.
