Matrix did an outstanding job on my air conditioning installation. They quickly ordered a system and installed right away. The price was very fair and the insulation and of course the removal of the old equipment was done in a very neat manner that did not cause any damage to my property and they kept their workspace extremely clean. I don’t know if I’ve met a more professional group of guys. Thank you to Stephen Rogers, Micheal Lucio, and Dakota Rodine. Nice work and thank you again! I cannot suggest this group enough!

I have worked with several HVAC companies in the past but never one with the professionalism and customer centricity as Matrix. The outstanding experience started with Claire the entry point to the organization and scheduling. She is courteous, accommodating and takes the time to understand the customer's needs. At the actual appointment, Omar and Evan arrived. They had a very professional appearance and offered that same customer focused attitude. They were quick to diagnose and offer options to resolve our issues. I also threw them the unexpected challenge of setting me up with an app based wifi thermostat. They had an incredible product on the truck that the installed meticulously and took the time to reach us how to operate it. It is my favorite new toy!. Evan and Omar are simply incredible!! This was my best HVAC service experience. I cannot recommend Matrix enough. They are truly outstanding!!!

Julio and Chris were awesome!! They changed my A/C unit quicker than I expected. Both Julio and Chris were very professional and courteous of my unpacking while they worked. Fantastic job guys. Will definitely recommend this company in the future. THANKS AGAIN!!

We recently had an AC issue & contacted Matrix. We spoke with Claire to schedule the appointment, who was amazing & super friendly. Their technician Omar came to our house on time & did not try to upsell us in any way. Omar diagnosed & fixed our issue within an hour. They were so fast, efficient & easy to work with! Will definitely work with them again in the future.

Tyler & Jose were the techs that did my installation. They were on time, neat, & professional. Tyler did an awesome job inside the ac closet, insulating the walls & floor. When a problem came up, they were thinking outside the box for a solution. I am very pleased how the Install was performed. Great job to Tyler & Jose! We were very fortunate to have Chris and Michael here as our technicians today. They were professional, thorough, explained the process, and advised us on our system. They were extremely courteous and wore clean booties inside and covered the work area with care. I would highly recommend Matrix HVAC for your home or business!

Evan took his time and ensure that our AC unit is thoroughly checked. He made reasonable recommendations and was efficient in getting the job done. Evan was polite and professional when answering our questions. We were fortunate to have found them.

Tim was my technician today. He has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was working. He first came out and stated more needed to be done but had to get approved by the district office first. I thought omg that’s gonna take forever. My shock I got a call within the hour. Tim came back and went to work. Unfortunately the unit was giving him a hard time, but Tim did not give up! He stayed and ensured everything was working to full capacity before he left. Best customer service I have ever received. I highly recommend The company and Tim for your technician.

JULIO, TIM , MICHAEL did an amazing job fixing our Ac unit,they were in an out and took very little time to repair our Ac they got our hot house cool again, they did an amazing job which was very well appreciated considering that it gets so hot here in 29. Would recommend this company for fixing your Ac Unit and other maintenance. Again thank you to JULIO,TIM, and MICHAEL for doing an amazing job.
