Review I left on Google. We had an amazing experience with Smart Heating and Air Conditioning. Our tech, Juan, was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem quickly and offered expert assistance in setting up an ongoing maintenance plan for our 35+ year old furnace. Also, he was engaging, and focused on the customer experience. You’ve got a great employee in Juan Rodriguez Pinto. He made me want to be a recurring costumer to your business. Which, as a person who works in costumer service myself, is the highest praise I can give. In fact, the entire process for our service was seamlessly executed. From reaching out through Angi, to communications with Suzy in the office, all the way to a working furnace. It all added to a perfect customer experience. Thanks

Came on time, did a lot of work, all clean, explained about the furnace and that all is ok.

Came out and looked over the furnace to make sure it's all ok. Looked at a lot of inner parts, cleaned some of them with fine tools. Worth it!

Heater was not staying on. The technician performed maintenance on the heater made recommendations on how to prevent the issue from reoccurring.

Lincoln was young but extremely knowledgeable and attentive. He diagnosed the problem immediately and took care of it. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him.

Fast and available when i needed them in a pinch. Sam did and amazing job! He listed out my options and walked me through each solution to get my air conditioning in working order ago. Would use this company again

Smart Heating and Air Conditioning was very responsive and came out when we really needed them. We were without heat as our old furnace no longer worked and our AC was on its last leg. Mike came out to give us a quote which was the best out of three that we had. He went over all options with us and now we are very satisfied to have a new and efficient heating and AC system. They lived up to their name as well, by upgrading my thermostat to a WiFi one that added that SMART touch to my system.

The team at Smart Heating & Air Conditioning are second to none. Quality work and amazing customer service. Would recommend everyone to them for your heating and A/C needs!

Smart Heating and Air Conditioning was the most professional, friendly, and knowledgeable company I’ve worked with. From our first contact, we felt like we were working with family. Our furnace went out and the techs and installers were all so amazing with keeping us all informed, especially Susie who works in the office. But what really showed me how great this company was, is that they saw our handle to our screen door wasn’t functioning and they were so kind to offer to fix the issue. They fixed it in 5 mins. You don’t see this type of generosity anymore, so we appreciate that! Our furnace and air were replaced for a great price and we couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend this company for your heating and conditioning needs!
