Jessee Heating & Air Conditioning

My husband called had a tech come out he said our unit was a great unit (old but told us to use it until it dies) and reported to my husband we needed the ducts replaced. The tech was amazing, thorough, and knowledgeable. However, once we called for our quote the sales department stated we needed to have a whole unit replacement- excluding the ducts. On our paperwork only the ducts are marked as needing to be replaced. My husband asked if they had the right paperwork and their only response was to state that our unit is old and *should* be replaced. Seems like a money grab scheme to me. I would avoid this place and go somewhere else.

Awesome people to deal with. Bryan is top notch when it comes to customer service, and extremely knowledgeable. Will definitely be doing future business with this company.

I would personally just stay away from this company. They don’t know what they’re doing My mother-in-law just had work done from this company and they had installed unnecessary parts and charged for them This company is just a big sales pitch to you. I personally would stay away. There is a reason they don’t even pop up on the Google search when you search up for HVAC companies in the Chico area YIKES….

Wonderful service! Our AC unit fan stopped working during this horrible heat wave. I called today, Sunday, and was able to get through to the on call tech, Destry. He came out right away and fixed the issue without any problem. He had us back up and running in no time at all. I am so grateful to him for helping us in this heat wave and couldn't believe he was able to respond and get the job done on the same day! Thank you so much Destry, you are the best!!!

Highly recommend them to clean your split unit. Nestor did an amazing job! Mine was not installed properly (and I didn't know they were supposed to be cleaned) and it was DISGUSTING. It was so full of mold, the blower was a solid spinning cylinder of mold. Because of the way it was installed, he couldn't take it all the way apart but he managed and it's clean as a whistle.

6/2024 , our air conditioner wasn't working. Called Jesse's. their guy installed a new contact. $360 later guy says we need a new air conditioner , says compressor valve not opening , new/ $4000. Called All Around Heating and Air. Guy Taps on the compressor with rubber mallet. Air conditioner works fine. thanks All Around Heating and Air. Jesse's , you suck.

Here’s another company out to rip people off. They were out 4 months ago to repair the furnace. When it stopped working they said it’s covered under the warranty. Nope. Charged an 85 dollar call out fee. Then wanted to charge 250 dollars to replace a 20 dollar part that would take less than 5 minutes to install. Avoid this business at all costs. One can only imagine how many senior citizens have been screwed over by them? Update: So the fact that I sent the technician away didn’t lead to any inquiry from the owner or management as to why? I place a negative review and I get a comment from the “owner” trying to save face publicly. I did call and never got a response. This alone speaks volumes about this company. They only care about appearances and not customer service. There are a lot of heating and air companies out there. Avoid this one.

I've had several services on getting my air conditioner fixed, it finally is working perfectly, My service technician John Bishop is outstanding, I cant say enough about him personally, he went above and beyond my expectations, its so nice to find someone who actually cares about the customer. He stayed on a Friday night to finish till 10:30 pm instead of saying I will come back Monday to finish. For the company to allow that flexability with their employees is impressive. Mike the owner is wonderful I cant say enough about this company Thank you for still provided true customer service and satisfaction

Recently bought a new house when of course the air goes out. Knowing no service providers in the area, I simply called the name and number that is on the thermostat. They were so responsive and helpful -- they are sending out a technician after-hours for us tonight. Its 107 outside and 92 degrees IN my house! I am so thankful they offer the expedited services - happy to pay a small fee in exchange for this. Here's to hoping the rest of the service call goes as well.

Our AC stopped pumping out cold air, and a Jessee tech came and "repaired" our unit. Our place is two years old and our AC has a freon refrigerant leak. The tech did not fix the leak, but just refilled the freon. Since our place is two years old, he should have been able to put two and two together and realize there was a leak. A few weeks later, the vents were all leaking water. The same tech came by and once again, "fixed" the problem. A few weeks later, they started leaking again. Less than a week after he came, the AC unit stopped working due to the freon running out because of the leak that Jessee heating and air failed to notice. Out of frustration, we switched to another company, which quickly came out and diagnosed the issue. Jessee heating and air improperly installed the AC unit when the place was built a couple years back. Because of their own screw up, our unit developed a freon leak. The second company could not fix the issue because they were not the ones that installed the unit, so we contacted Jessee again and told them exactly what was wrong with it and why. Even though Jessee was the reason our AC unit was not working, they were very reluctant to come fix it. We finally got a tech to come out and fix it. He came by and diagnosed the issue and left without telling me anything. He had the green light to fix the issue on the spot, but left anyways without telling me anything! He was under the impression that he could not fix the issue today due to some policy, which was not true. Now, we are waiting for these idiots to schedule an actual fix to the leak. Jessee heating and air is the reason we are having problems with our AC, and getting them to fix it has been nothing short of a nightmare.

It was about 110 and the AC went out. They were able to get out the very next day. Bishop was knowledgeable, courteous and very efficient. He had what he needed on hand to get the job taken care of on the weekend. Dave helped with the scheduling and was very kind and accommodating. I will be getting set up on their maintenance plan and will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for getting us through some hot days!!

My wife and I recently purchased a new home and noticed a few of the bedrooms were not heating as well as the other rooms. We communicated with the Jessie Heating and Air staff and setup an appointment right away. Jeremy & Garret showed up right on time, and jumped immediately into the problem. They made some adjustments and said to not hesitate should and additional tweaks be needed. We were very impressed with the overall service from Jeremy & Garret, and we would recommend Jessie Heating and Air to anyone.

Our mobile office was stationed out on the Wall fire and our air conditioner stopped working. We contacted Jesse Heating & Air on the weekend and let them know the situation. They were the only ones that we got a response from on Sunday and they came out right away to see if they could help us. Their technician, John, was extremely helpful and would not except payment for testing our unit. They came back with portable unit that they let us borrow until we could get the roof mount unit fixed. Their service was exceptional!!

Valentin performed a preventative maintenance service for the a/c system last week. My apologies if I misspelled the technician's name. He was friendly, thorough and efficient. Talking with him after the service was completed let me know the performance condition of the system. I was also able to ask him some questions I had. In addition, it was also good to see that the company is implementing the face mask initiative for technicians during a service visit. All in all, it was an excellent experience. I look forward to the second scheduled preventative maintenance service in the fall for the furnace.

Have a Sears home warranty and was having a hard time finding an HVAC company to repair my AC. After 2 weeks they got Jessee who didn't have a current contract with them. What a great experience ! Lew on the phone handled the appointment and interface with Sears perfectly. Joe the technician was super. Diagnosed the problem in 1/2 hr and actually got the unit working properly. Ordered the board and had it installed in a week. Also fixed another problem I didn't even know about. Excellent!

We had Jessee come to our business and install a mini split. The guys were very professional and did the job in a timely manner. We had Ryan as one of the installers and he was excellent!

Nothing but positive things to say about Jessee Heating and Air. They replaced our system a year ago, and we’ve been very pleased with it. Today a technician came to do a seasonal check up. He was professional, polite and arrived within the time frame given. 🙂

We were having some issues with our heating system so we called up Jessee's and were able to come the next day. They told us the problem and fixed it in the same day. Definitely recommend!
