Experts In Your Home

I have used their services five or six times and five of the times were excellent but the one that wasn’t is why they are losing two stars. I had a Moen Water Shutoff valve installed. I had an electrician out four times and the last one was so horrible that I’ve lost my faith in them… I don’t have the time or the energy to go into why the last one that put in one lightbulb in the kitchen that was extremely expensive almost 2 hours of Labor To screw in one long bulb that was not working in my kitchen.. There’s a lot of jokes how many electricians does it take to install one bulb well $323 plus Is what happened the last time. They didn’t answer any of my questions or explain the labor costs, etc. so I think losing two stars is nothing compared to the experience that I had with Last Guy! and all the ones before them… I think they even installed my hot water heater, but unfortunately, they are no longer my go to… It only takes one bad seed and Management not backing you up… WITH PROOF that i’m actually sad to lose them because I thought they were just the best of the best. I kind of felt like the guy had done time in prison while he was here to be honest. But I know how hard it is to find quality employees but they’re trust in the last guy that was here did I mention it was one bulb in my kitchen ceiling that was out??? To lose faith in a company I was so happy with before

In May my husband and I hired Experts to do some upgrades to our home. Ricardo C was my contact and he answered my millions of questions and concerns if I had any. He gave me his personal and professional opinion when we asked and made us feel like he really cared about the work going into our home. He handled my indecisiveness with patience and kindness. Everything ran quite smooth and the few very minor hiccups we had (at no fault of Experts) he communicated thoroughly. All of the employees were courteous and friendly while in our home. They also went above and beyond answering questions and explaining different steps and different processes. We appreciate the care and time Ricardo and the guys put into our home.

I had an unfortunate leak persist from all the rain we had last season. I needed stucco resealed, interior drywall, paint, and flooring done to restore my home. I wanted the repairs to be a seamless process that was convenient for my schedule. Experts In Your Home had my house back to normal in less than a week! They really are the only “one stop shop” for home construction in the area. Thank you Samantha for working with my schedule to accommodate my needs. I met these guys at the home and garden show, was really looking forward to remodeling my kitchen and bathroom so I was super excited when they reached out to make an appointment. Everyone I met was friendly and personable. I had someone come out to do a quote, said he would get back to me in about 3 weeks. This was at the end of November. When I still hadn’t heard back, I figured they may just be behind due to the holidays, but it’s now the end of January. Either they weren’t taking me seriously, or they they are far too disorganized. Whatever the reason, it’s clear they don’t want my money! Super disappointed!

We have used Experts in Your Home several times and have always been very pleased with both their work and service. We've had them do an extensive home remodel that included new flooring, removing a wall, kitchen and bathroom counters, and painting, as well as smaller jobs like HVAC maintenance, building a pool equipment enclosure, power washing our driveway and carpet cleaning. I appreciate not only the good work they did for us, but also their responsiveness, timeliness and professionalism. I highly recommend them!

Justin was so great! He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and was really quick. He was very polite and helpful and made the repair super easy.

Danny and David were great. They installed new lighting and ceiling fans, stepped around my lazy cat and were hilarious - that attic space is awfully tight! Thank you for the clean install.

They helped me out more than I could Imagine! From scheduling problems to not knowing what a "primer" is, these workers are always willing to lend out a hand. Time can sometimes be an issue but, it always works out. One time the worker was taking a while to give me a quote, but it worked out fine because I realized that I was so unprepared, AND they gave me a discount for the wait. Care and Loyalty has never seemed to be forgotten with this company.

Jason G. responded promptly to try and fix the problem. And the water heater worked for a few hours.. but now the pilot light flamed out, and the water is cold again; so no permanent fix.

Be Careful these people are billing 800$ for a interior hollow door. They said it's brand new and has a pink patch mark. These same doors you can buy for 125$. The work was sloppy and careless. Customer service laughs at the fact that 800$ is not affordable on low income disability and laughs it off. Check out the pictures for you're self.

Great service with quick response time and professional, they are great about timely repairs, very happy with the work they have done in my home, electrical, AC, & other repairs, they seem to do just about everything and it has been quality, well done work. They staff very kind, earnest people as well.

My neighbor had this "contractor" doing work on his home. Well a worker, a male with long salt and pepper color hair, sat in the truck for 3+ hours in the driveway. Along come a solicitor, a young female; this "worker" jumped out of his truck to chat up this very young female. Super, super creepy, menacing and stalker-ish. Beware the warning signs all females dealing with this company.

Always use Expert's for my HVAC needs, Bill Clark is very professional. I feel he's someone I can absolutely trust to keep my heat up and running at a reasonable cost.

Al Castro is a Painter and does paint jobs here at The Courtyard. He is always polite and professional by making sure all areas of his work are done to our liking.

Exhaust fan in my bathroom gave out I put in a request to fix it got an appointment set the next day they came and replaced it in a timely matter now it works perfect!

Joseph was friendly and very helpful. He figured out the problem and fixed it quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I'm sure this business is great but one of their employees blocks the school pickup line every day and it really grinds my gears. They definitely aren't experts at at common sense.
