We had gas leaking from our propane heater, and I was hoping someone could come today before the freeze tonight. Bill got done early and fit us in the same afternoon. He was fantastic about fixing it and even cleaned it. Carrie was very helpful with scheduling. Thank you!

OUTSTANDING

Furnace stopped running late on a Thursday afternoon.  I called Bishop's, whom I had used before.   A service man came out that evening after his regular calls.  After inspecting, he related that I needed a new furnace, but showed me how to keep it running on a limited basis.  A manager came out the next morning to give me a quote, which I accepted, and was given an installation date of the following Tuesday.  The service people (2) showed up about half an hour late - but no big deal.  It took about six hours from start to finish.  Their clean-up was great - you'd never know they had been down there, except for the new furnace!  My only complaint was the service person who installed the new thermostat tracked dirt through the kitchen.  Bishop's did all the paperwork for permits, etc. and set up the inspection times, which went off without any problem.  The manager also placed a follow-up call to ensure I was happy with the service. <br />

It was great. Jeff was on time, and got right to the job. They cleaned up after themselves. Jeff was also great, because while he was under our Trailer he noticed a water leak. My husband was glad and fixed the problem right away. We had inspectors come in after Jeff was all done. It was great. We are members of Bishop now. <br />

Because of the OUTSTANDING assistance from I think her name Rhonda (office) and Jeff (technician), I called the owner to inform him of his staffs Marvelous assistance!  To often personnel recognition goes without notice.  First  the call to get help in a hurry after explaining the loss of my brother to a gas explosion.  The one in the office, as i said I think was Rhonda gave me the first available opening for the next day and was also extremely helpful.  It was only about 10-15 minutes, and she called back saying if I were to be home she had a technician available now and could be there within about 10 minutes.  I agreed. <br /> When Jeff (technician) showed up, he performed so much more than just the adjustment that was needed.  He was totally understanding and "sniffed" all the areas of a possible leak just to back up what the gas company had said.  His personal attitude, sense of humor, and professionalism was nothing short of AWESOME!   Jeff also eased my concerns with gas by explaining  the safety features of my furnace and that I had nothing to worry about.  <br /> I received all this FANTASTIC service for what was a simple adjustment for being under gassed has gained my future business for sure. <br /> I also felt i had to contact the company owner to express my COMPLETE SATISFACTION with the two members of his team. <br /> THANK YOU AGAIN BISHOPS your name is on my furnace and appliances! <br />

Responsiveness was a B because we called twice in two weeks and left messages that weren't returned. We stopped in to see if they were closed for some reason. They were open and replied that they were waiting to return the phone call until it was a little warmer. It would have been nice if they had called us back to let us know that. <br /> They scheduled an appointment for May 20, 2014. They called about noon, the day before, and asked if they could come that afternoon. MAJOR bonus points for punctuality. The repairman arrived within the specified time, was professional and friendly. He was very efficient and had everything done within an hour. <br />

They advised me on its future care. I intend to have them check my central air system in the Spring.

They came out for the warranty, we were very pleased, and we thought they did excellent service.
