Best local contractors to hire! Had an issue with my HVAC and few other companies came over to diagnose with the same issue. I told C&M my issue so I didnt have to pay the diagnostic fee. Came over installed my part at an affordable price with same warranty as other companies for half the cost. Not because its cheap, but because other companies are owned by venture companies up charging services. Absolutely recommend fix and repair!

They went above and beyond to fix a botched mini split installation that I had done by some unqualified installers referred by a “friend.” Unfortunately, those units failed after just two years due to poor installation that restricted airflow and eventually burned out the motors. Tino took the time to explain everything clearly and showed me how the previous setup was improperly done. He and Cesar then installed two brand-new mini splits the right way, mounting them properly to ensure optimal airflow and performance. Their work was meticulous, and they offered a fair price for both the units and installation. Once the job was complete, they didn’t just leave—they tested everything, made sure the AC was cooling properly, and took the time to answer all my questions. They ensured I was 100% satisfied before wrapping up. I will absolutely be calling them again for semi-annual maintenance and will recommend them to all my friends and family. C&M installed a new heating system in our home. It was a pleasure working Tino & Cesar. Great communication & reasonable fees. Very prompt. Arrived when they said they would. Worked very quietly. They were very respectful to our home and left no mess behind. We were so pleased with their service that at a later date they installed an AC system for us. Would highly recommend C&M. C&M was the 3rd HVAC company assigned by our home warranty company. The first two companies we were assigned flaked or never submitted a report, and after two months with a broken AC, we were losing hope fast. C&M changed everything around very quickly. They were always on time for all of the appointments and sent a detailed diagnosis report to our home warranty company promptly. We didn't think our claim would be approved because the home warranty company has such bad reviews, but they approved the claim! C&M prepared a detailed contract with an extremely fair price. We are so happy of the work Cesar and his partner did to replace our old, leaking AC compressor and condenser, and clear the lines of old freon. We even asked them to clean and tune up our second AC condenser which had never been cleaned since it was installed by the previous owners over a decade ago. We feel so lucky and appreciative of having the chance to work with C&M. We absolutely recommend them as a reliable, honest and professional company who take great care and pride in their work, and they were so easy going and kind. We will definitely use them again. — Update: it’s been 10 months since we first worked with C&M and we have continued to have them update and fix our heaters in the winter, replace a dead blower at the start of summer, and upgrade our old thermostats to smart ones. We continue to absolutely love working with Cesar!

I called them a day before and they showed the following day. Cesar and Tino are a great team. They gave their reasonable advice when they came over to fix my heater furnace. They're very respectful and will give you a straight and honest answer when you ask them a layman question. I totally recommend this company when you have an HVAC problem. Job well done!

Our ac unit was not working properly and Tino and Cesar were able to diagnose the problem and resolve the issue in a timely manner. We are highly satisfied with the service they provided. C&M is the best!! They do a great job and are very clean. I had them come out to check the duct work because I was having a problem with the airflow to some of the rooms. After the inspection they showed me how the other contractor who installed my HVAC did a poor job of securing and running the duct work ( kinked and sagging ) They fixed everything and all is well. I also had them come back for a tune up on my unit. I would highly recommend them.

So grateful that C&M was able to come out so quickly to replace the 2 blown fuses on my AC unit on the Friday before the very hot Labor Day weekend. Must have been a busy day for AC repair, but they were able to get there and make the repair quickly! Good communication, right on time, excellent work. I recommended them!

Tino and his team came to my house and did an amazing job I had a previous person come over and they did horrible Tino came fixed what they did wrong and corrected a lot of things that the last guy did wrong my AC and heater work so good now and looks so well done. I definitely recommend Cesar for AC service. We were having water leaking out of two air vents every time we turned on the AC. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem which turned out to be a disconnected drain pipe. He also educated us on some other AC care tips. Pricing was reasonable and he came the same day we called.

Tino and Cesar install a charging port for my Tesla, they also cleaned my Mini Split. They did an incredible job. I would recommend them to anyone.
