Before calling them, I had two other companies come out, and both told me I needed a new compressor and quoted me nearly $4,000. I believed them—until I noticed a Wolff Mechanical sticker on my AC unit and decided to give them a call. Their technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue within minutes, and told me my compressor was completely fine. He even advised me to call the factory to check if my unit was still under warranty. While I was on the phone with the manufacturer (and found out my warranty had expired), the technician had already fixed the problem—a simple wire contact. No upselling, no scare tactics, just honest work. These guys are incredibly trustworthy, skilled, and professional. If anyone in Arizona needs AC service, there’s truly no one better than Wolff Mechanical. Thank you so much for your outstanding service!

This review is for their Technician Derek, who came out to replace a part on one of our Daiken AC units yesterday. He got it replaced very quickly but stayed and also answered many questions I had and also helped troubleshoot a different issue I was having with my AC. He was fantastic.

My repair required a backordered part and throughout the process, the full staff - from the scheduler, to the technicians, to management - were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Their teamwork and actions to expedite the repair was greatly appreciated. A very positive experience.

The recent HVAC service call with Wolf Mechanical was fantastic. We returned from vacation to a very hot house and an AC unit that was not working. As it was Friday and 110+ degrees, I was very concerned about getting it fixed before the weekend. A technician was scheduled for the same day. Diego arrived promptly and was very friendly and professional. The problem was quickly diagnosed as a bad capacitor which was still covered by the warranty. Diego had the necessary parts and repaired the unit in under an hour. He took the time to explain the issue and repair process and took time to answer all of my questions. After getting the runaround from Honeywell reps—who repeatedly recommended the wrong thermostat despite me clearly stating I needed desktop (Total Connect) and Android compatibility—Wolff Mechanical stepped in with the right answers. Their team quickly identified the Vision Pro 8000 as the proper solution when no one else did. Special thanks to Brandon, the HVAC tech, who called me back and took time to discuss the issue with me during a busy workday. I purchased my first AC from Wolff over 16 years ago when I bought this house in Chandler, and have had their priority customer service agreement for the past 16 years. Over that time, they've consistently shown up on time, done great work and been "straight shooters" in all around good service and making repairs necessary to keep the unit running well. When the unit started to fail on Friday, Brandon did a proposal for the new unit. I got a quote from another big AC company in the Valley, which was about $1000 less money and longer warranty coverage. I decided to stay with the company that has been showing up with consistently good service for the past 16 years--Wolff. This morning Brandon responded to my text, and came around noon to finalize the measurements, paperwork and financing, also bringing a loaner portable AC so I don't have to go to a hotel. Chris promised to fit me in sooner in the case of a cancellation or shorter day which would mean they could take care of everything sooner. (Dogs are in kennel, also a costly solution but worth it to keep them safe.) In spite of the heat and inconvenience of a broken AC, I'm optimistic this will work out well, and have confidence working with a company that seems to do what it says it will do. Thank you Wolff!

We use have been using Wolf for a few years now. They always provide exceptional service. Derek serviced several of our properties for our semiannual servicing recently and helped with a small thermostat issue. He is very kind, patient and knowledgeable.

The technician gave me a 30 min advanced call! So awesome :) he arrived just as he said he would. Danny was so nice & knowledgeable, shared photos of what he found in my 20yr old unit. It is performing really well, but also game me a printout of items that could be replaced before the end of the year. Danny also looked at a condensate line of a different T brand new unit - I shared with him that it wasn’t dripping as much as the other line. He hooked up his vacuum to it & out came a glob of dirt & debris. So very grateful that Wolfe is the company we rely on for our maintenance of all of our units. I would recommend them to anyone!

Had a fantastic experience with Wolff. Omar was knowledgeable and clear about the issues we were having with our AC. Our unit was serviced by a different company a day previously and they did more harm than good. Omar and the Wolff team did a great job and our AC is back up and running. Wolff Mechanical is the best....every time! Yesterday my AC unit wasn't cooling properly. I called the Wolff office, and they scheduled a technician who arrived within the time frame I was given. Josh was professional, courteous, experienced, and had my AC unit up and running right away. He knew exactly what the issue was, had the parts on his truck, and my AC unit was back working perfectly. Wolff has taken care of my AC now on 3 occasions. My unit was old and I chose to replace it this last time. Absolutely the best customer service and quickest new unit install I've ever heard of. Well deserved 5 stars for the whole team.

I’ve been having issues with my air shutting off for no apparent reason. Brandon came out, assessed the issue quickly and said he could fix it immediately! He then did a very thorough check of my system and discovered my unit was wired wrong! He re-wired it and my air is working better than ever! I highly recommend Wolff Mechanical!

Derrick was amazing to work with. He received the call about our AC unit going down on a Sunday night and made it out to our house in like 30 minutes. Unfortunately the problem we had required a replacement part that wasn't obtainable on that night but that didn't stop him from trying everything he could until around midnight to get it working. Ultimately he had to return the next morning after finding the only part available in Arizona for us and got our unit up and running first thing. He was also incredibly understanding of my frustration with the situation and worked through coming up with a solution for myself and my family. Can't recommend enough!!

Absolutely the best in the Valley! When our old air conditioner died last month, we got three estimates to replace. Only Wolff's Brandon went up in the attic and did an extensive evaluation of our current system. (on an extremely hot day!)My husband did HVAC work in his younger days and he knew the original ductwork was not working correctly. Brandon identified the problem and gave us a complete estimate with duct work mods, including model numbers of the equipment we were getting. No one else did that. Installation is complete and there were no cost surprises. Our estimate and final bill were the same. Their installation crew worked efficiently and did a great cleanup and removal of our old system and ducts. This is now the 4th system Wolff has done for our family members in the valley and there has not been one issue with any of them. I highly recommend them.

My A/C went out some time during the night on a Saturday morning in the middle of heatwave. I woke up and the house was waaay warmer than it should be. I called Wolff first thing on a Saturday morning, explained the situation, and when the dispatcher realized me A/C wasn't working and it was the only unit in my house, they shuffled things a bit to get it taken care of within a few hours. The technician was great, knew exactly what the issue was within seconds of taking off the panel, and already had a spare in his truck. Answered all of my questions and was super friendly, and was done within 20 minutes. A bit expensive, perhaps, but definitely worth it. This continues a multi-year experience with them that has always been amazing. 15 years ago they went the extra mile to really help my family when I was a teenager still with my parents. Now that I have my own house, they've been out two times for services, the first time was a simple setting on my thermostat that had reset after a power failure. The technician then explained it, how to set it properly (so I can do it after every black-out) the and didn't charge me anything extra then. They are the only HVAC service I'll ever call.

Wolff Mechanical is a very reliable and responsive company and I’ve been using them for over 20 years. They’ve always come through for me. This time they sent a mechanic named Daniel and I’ve never experienced such an honest, thoughtful and knowledgeable young man. Wolff Mechanical should be very proud of Daniel, he’s a brilliant representative for their company. Daniel came to my home to do a $400 repair on a part that tested faulty on his previous visit. When he returned with the new part, he re-tested the faulty part before proceeding, and realized the batteries in his test meter were weak, and after resolving that issue, he checked the part again only to discover it was in proper working order all along. Unfortunately, I believe there are a lot of companies out there that would’ve went ahead with the install without informing the customer and just billed them the 400.00. I have used Wolff Mechanical for many years to install and maintain HVAC on both residential and rental properties. When working over so many years, there are bound to be mechanical issues from time to time, but they always remedy the problems with special care to make sure they leave the customer with what they need. My current experience was a project that was a little different than usual. I was preparing to replace a flat roof that had three a/c units; two which needed various tasks to get them ready for the new roof. One of the units had not been installed by Wolff and needed special attention. Brandon planned the project to make sure we had the most efficient use of crane time, the right materials ready to go and a schedule that would beat the roofers to the job! Brandon and Derrick quickly and efficiently completed the project so the everything was ready for the roofers. I am sold on using Wolff Mechanical for my HVAC needs but this latest project reinforced the reasons why. Thanks Office folks who took my calls about scheduling and to Brandon and Derrick for excellent, professional work.
