There’s a gentleman there who was super amazing, I just didn’t catch his name. Julie was disrespectful, rude and stuck up. She had a major attitude for no reason and I didn’t appreciate it. Hopefully she has a better day tomorrow.

Are you kidding me? This company was recommended to me for a property I manage. I contacted them and set up an appointment. Their rep came - nice guy - took plenty of pictures and measurements. When done he said he would take it all back to the shop and they would send me a proposal. That was mid June. It is now the end of August and still no proposal. I called them several times and left a message for Stephanie who was my contact. Out of probably 7-8 calls over several weeks she returned one call and left a message that they were working on it and would get back to me soon. I called again a couple of times after that and she did not bother to return my calls. If you still want to call them good luck. Personally I can not imagine worse customer service and would be shamefaced if I owned or ran a company that operated in this manner.

Cancelled 2 separate appointments on me and the service scheduler is difficult to get a hold of to get updates on things. Now they claim they cant get out for a week?! I have been a customer of theirs for a long time but this is unacceptable.

Tried 3 times to fix our A/C as we were dying from the heat. Called Collins Comfort Master, they fixed it in 15 minutes. Worse yet, after the first visit I couldn't talk to a live person. They hid behind an electronic device for communication.

Great customer service. Was able to walk right in and speak to a representative. Not get put in hold or told to come back another day because "nobody is available ".

Rude drivers on the road. Cut off in Gilbert Driver was speeding in a construction zone.

Very professional and I believe that I am going to love working with this company.

Colin, with East Valley Mechanical, LLC. Came to my home today to finish an AC job that another HVAC company didnt and couldn't do! (The other contractor said the problem, blower motor, could not be accessed. Clearly the other technician either lacked experience or just simply did not want to go the extra steps to do the work) I spoke with Colin's ( East Valley Mechanical, LLC.,) dispatcher yesterday and she had him here today!! ABSOLUTLY AMAZING! I had been without a downstairs AC unit for almost 3 weeks!!! I called the previous contractor several times and the Home Warranty company did also. Contractor did not respond to either of us. I insisted upon a new contractor. Colin found a bad circuit board also which had created a dual failure. This was not found by previous company. Previous companyonly determinded that the blower motor was bad.(Maybe if the other company actually did some of the work they would have found the circuit board to be bad also?) Colin, replaced the bad motor and circuit board. Sealed the unit, and reattached the duct at the air handler. Colin is a plesent hard worker and is dedicated to completing the job right the first time. He also cleared a plugged drain coming from the AC pan. Undoubtedly this would have created an additional problem at another time. *****I Highly Recommend Colin and his company.***** Thank you Sir for an outstanding job, that was well done, the first time. It's important to tip people, especially when they do a good job for you even if a Warranty company us paying the bill!

Colin was amazing to work with. Our AC went out and he worked with our extended warrenty and kept me updated on everything. He also went above and beyond!! I will refer him to anyone needing HVAC service. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

Very impressed with the level of service from East Valley Mechanical, from the first call with Julie for scheduling, to the Technician Colin that came to our home. Our AC was completely off and it was 103 in Phoenix today. We were able to get on their schedule, diagnosed and up and running by 6pm. I’ll be calling back and referring everyone I know that’s looking for a great AC company.

Had to have the warranty company send out east valley mechanical and couldn't be happier with Colin and his company. The appointment and scheduling as well as working with my warranty company is top notch. Colin is always on time and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. I will highly recommend east valley mechanical to anyone needing hvac maintenance or repair. Thank you so much for the great customer service everyone.
