I was amazed that two guys could knocked out my AC replacement in one day but they did it. Left everything cleaner than how they found it. I appreciated the different options they provided above the basic install. I did not mind paying extra because I knew exactly what I was getting. They were extremely friendly, on time and fast. I would recommend SMW to anyone who has AC needs. Over the years my old dying AC was worked on by numerous companies/people. None were as good as SMW. I am a customer for life.

I am on a fixed income, social security. Budget is very important to me.I needed a heat pump/air conditioner, air handler the whole unit installed in my condo. They gave me the best price. Their customer service was friendly when I called and worked around my schedule for them to give me an estimate. Just had the install done today. The job took about 4 and a 1/2 hours to complete. Nate and Austin, their technicians, were very friendly, great communication, answer all my questions with a smile on their faces. I would recommend them highly. ?????

AC system failed and arranged through Angi (former Angiâ s List) to receive quotes from six AC companies. All companies were aware of the competition, and we received several quotations for consideration. SMW presented the most cost-effective offer and had the best on-line customer reviews. We are very pleased with their professional conduct and performance; they will be my first choice/recommendation for AC work. See below for more details. David Rodriguez provided a very thorough quote, including a couple of options. I had opted to not replace the thermostat since it had been working when the AC died. Joseph and Alex were the installation team and were very polite and professional. The equipment was installed quickly, and workspace cleaned up completely. As things happen, the old (~15 years old) thermostat was on its last legs and died. Received a call from David the morning after installation to check on how things went. I mentioned that the heating function wasnâ t working. Though David had a full day scheduled, he came over to the house (~30 minutes), checked the system, identified the problem (bad thermostat), and replaced it with no charge. We are very pleased with the customer service provided by SMW, and especially David and the installation team.

This company is a cheating company. I do not have so much experience and i badly needed air conditioning. They told me they will give me Trane aircondition, They installed the one says runout type trane. I did not see anywhere in aircontion unit that says Trane. I signed on that tablet whatever was written on it. Now they says you sigened it. Charged me 8000. 00 thousand dollars. I am really ripped off. I will never recomend this SMW Refrigeration.

The installers were very professional and respectful and did a first rate job installing our new Trane Heat Pump. They arrived on time, and put down drop cloths everywhere so that they wouldn't make a mess, The job was difficult due to a small opening into the attic, but they still were able to get the old unit out and install the new air handler. They cleaned up after themselves, and the owner of the business sent me an email checking on how everything went. Feel like this company is interested in doing things the right way and values their customers and isn't just in it for the money. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Heat Pump, or any other A/C work.

Easy to work with, very professional in every aspect. Those gentlemen that came to our home were very polite and worked from 8 am to after 8 pm to ensure everything was done correctly.

The company sent out vert capable technicians, who worked quickly, but efficiently. They answered all my questions about changing from a zoned system to a one thermostat. Now I set one temp and the entire home cools down. The home feels very comfortable, even on the hotter days. their price was lower than two other bids I received. We received several bids to replace our heat pump. SMW was very competitive. But more importantly, they acted as if they really wanted our business, both with their words and actions. Very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely responsive each and every time we communicated with them.

SMW was very responsive! Our AC went out on Wednesday and got it temporarily fixed by a different company and was told we should start looking for a new unit to replace our 2004 unit. Put out a call to get quotes and SMW responded that day, a technician was out the next morning to give us a quote. After a full day (5 companies) of getting quotes we picked SMW. Tuesday morning they were out replacing the old unit! That’s quite a turn around! Good thing too, because the old unit went out in the middle of the night. There people were polite, professional, and answered all our questions! The only small complaint is they left some scraps up on the roof and they blew down later that day. Other than that you could see the craftsmanship and care!

We recently purchased an older home and found we needed a new a/c. The air handler was located in a closet which was normal for that timeframe. We also had hot spots in the house and contacted this company. The schedule an initial quote and provide several different options from replacing the current system and leaving it in the same place or moving the handler to the attic and adding zones to address the warm areas specifically. We are planing on staying in the house for a longtime and opted to move the handler to the attic and add zones to the house. We had other quotes to do the same work but use inferior ducting r6 and they used r8 without us asking. They came to the home the day before the install to ensure everything was ordered appropriately. The next day the supplies arrived at 7am and the 4 crews arrived and the owner of the company helped with the install. They removed all the old equipment and moved the air handler to the attic and add 3 zones and did install a lot of new ducting and 3 returns in the ceiling to ensure the hot air was pulled from the house. This is the 2nd time(replaced the ac in our old house) I used this company to install a new ac and would recommend them to anyone looking for a simple replacement or a complex replacement. They were polite and clean when the job was done.

I had lower quotes but went with this company because of their reviews and their longevity in the area. They have over 50 years in the Phoenix area. They were prompt, showed up when they said they would. Unit is too new to really evaluate it. I will happily send another review after a year or two of use.

These guys really know what they are doing. In preparing my bid they were all over the job site. They were the only ones who went all the way into our hard to get to attic to check out what was below the roof. They were a few hundred dollars more than the other guys on their bid, but you knew they were not low-balling you just to get the job. Plus the quality of the job was first class. Great attention to detail. Their guys even negotiated with the city on our behalf when the city (who was laying pipe in the street) was threatening to close off the street which would have prevented their crane from getting to my house. Their office staff were on top of things throughout the process. Kept me informed the whole way. Great guys and gals. Thoroughly enjoyed working with them and the equipment they installed with great care and professionalism. When the job is done you'll want to buy them all a beer.
