They were competent... but, the problem continues to happen.

I hired them to repair a toilet. I was told about the **travel charge** before they arrived. When he arrived, it was very clear that all he wanted to do was sell me a new toilet. When I did not accept his offer, he gave me an invoice for the travel charge, collected the check, and left. It was obvious that he never intended to even look at the toilet repair. I had to call another plumber who came out and repaired the toilet.

From their sales rep to their installers and inspectors, all were very nice to work with and responded quickly to my request and did a wonderful job.

Excellent professional, thorough. Only reservation: Final cost was much higher than estimate. Much up-selling including paying in advance for return visit next year. Sold as a membership.

Christian did a great job. It proved to be a little more difficult than anticipated, but Christian was patient and diligent, and got the job done right. We're thankful for his hard work and would definitely use Ongaro & Sons again.

I'm very glad to have their work. I will call them again if the need ever arises.

Very friendly staff to work with and willing to give information

Our furnace is 30 years old and occasionally didn't "fire up" right away. Nick did a diagnostic check up and recommended a circuit board replacement.
