As mentioned in every other review, Michael is honest and professional. We recently moved to the area and had a furnace tune up conducted through our home warranty. His professionalism and communication were stellar throughout the inspection. He clearly communicated the good and bad concerning my system. Not surprised at all to see all the glowing reviews. Michael is the real deal. We got 2 mini splits installed by him 3 years ago and haven't had the slightest issue with them. Needed another one added to our new office so of course called Michael up. Still just as incredible as the first time! So kind, responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and all around excellent at what he does.

Michael was fantastic! He quickly responded to my message for help with our heater and came out the same day to check it. He was on time, explained everything he was doing, and answered all of my questions. He had to order a part and had it installed the next week when it came in, but he did a quick fix on the unit in the meantime so we had heat while waiting. He called when he was 15 minutes out like he said he would both days. His prices are great and he worked hard to save us some money too! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs help with their heater or AC and I already have! Thank you, Michael, for being one of the few honest HVAC repairmen in the area!

I had an issue with my pilot light on my furnace not staying lit. I checked online and saw that there were several businesses in the Prescott area that would service the heating system. I chose Mountain Air because of the great reviews. The issue was not an emergency and Michael said he would come to my home the next day. However, Michael called a short time later and said he would be able to come to my home In a few minutes as he was able to complete another job early. I can definitely see why this company has a five star rating. I could go on and on, but I would just be duplicating what every other reviewer has said about how great this Company is. I know my heating system is old and will need to be replaced soon. There’s no doubt that I will be calling Mountain Air.

Once again Michael from Mountain Air came out to check our a/c. This is the best - and ONLY - company we will ever use. He found what could be a small leak and instead of pressuring us to purchase unnecessary (and expensive) things, he is taking "baby steps" to try and solve the problem. Michael is honest, efficient, reliable, and reasonable and, most important, he doesn't try to rip you off like so many companies do. He checks our a/c in the spring and our furnace in fall. Believe me when I say that once you hire Michael @ Mountain Air for your a/c or heating needs, you will never want to use a different company again. We will be his customers for as long as we live here.

Mountain Air, LLC was recommended to me by a local home warranty company when my own did not provide adequate customer service. Michael came out within a few hours and checked our AC out, helped us out with our warranty company (and that was quite an undertaking), and he cooled us off in the meantime with a smile and NO bill! Michael from Mountain Air provided fantastic service. There should be a sixth star to rate this company. Showed up on time. Went right to work to solve the problem with our heater. Twenty minutes later, with some cramped attic time, problem solved. No sales pitch. No hard sell. Just good honest service. My new go-to guy and the only one I'll recommend.

My home A/C system developed a problem with the airflow to the master bedroom. A different A/C repair company diagnosed the problem as a faulty zone control panel. The technician replaced the panel, however, it did not resolve the problem. I then contacted Mountain Air LLC and spoke with Michael, the owner. Michael's response time was within the hour. He inspected the system and identified the problem as an outdated thermostat. After replacing the thermostat, the system worked perfectly. The service charge was exceptionally fair. I highly reccomend Michael and will use him for all my A/C and Heating needs!

Called Michael today after being ripped off by another technician a week ago knowing there was still something wrong with our system. He came out promptly, worked quickly and got us to a much cooler temp in no time! Professional, courteous and efficient, nothing but good things from us! Very satisfied customers! Will be repeat business and recommendations coming from us!

Mike at Mountain Air was a rockstar. He limped our old unit along until the replacement arrived, gave us all the options plainly, and even checked with us afterward to make sure everything was running well. Mike is a veteran, which I am always happy to support. I hope I don't need him again any time soon, but I am glad he was the guy we called.

Mike from Mountain Air is a great guy. I called Saturday morning, the air conditioner wasn't working at our rental. He said he was busy doing an installation and said if he could he would look at it that evening, otherwise, it would have to wait until Monday. I spoke with him later that evening and he already went to the house, checked it out, fixed it and gave us a great deal. Very honest and knowledgeable, it was a defective part and if he was unscrupulous, he could have taken advantage of me. But that is not how he does business. He's building his business the old way - giving honest, reliable customer service. I'm so impressed, I've already recommended him to my friends.

Called in on a Sunday & left a message that my heater was out. Michael called back within an hour. He came the next morning & replaced a defective part. I was up and running in no time. Fast, friendly & reliable. Highly recommended.

Michael was outstanding! He called right back and came to repair our a/c speedily in hot weather when we know he was really busy! We later had him install 2 mini split units and the work was meticulous and his prices are very fair. We could tell he is a man of integrity and takes pride in his work. We were hesitant in having to find a new repair man after having Gary from Prescott Heating & Cooling for 20 yrs, but he retired! Michael was unbelievable. I called him Sunday to see if he could stop by sometime in next 24 hours. The AC stopped working for some reason. He was at my house in 30 minutes which is unbelievable that he could be here that quickly in Prescott. Extremely professional and absolutely great person. No wonder everyone gives him 5 star reviews. I could not have been happier and he did not charge me for weekend visit, etc. I just wish he serviced the Phoenix Metro area as I have a house there also

I am extremely impressed with Michael from Mt. Air. He just replaced a 2.5 ton heating and cooling unit on one of our rental properties last week. He worked tirelessly on Thursday to complete this job before the expected snow storm. His communication and professionalism was outstanding.
