I am not sure how they got the 5 stars reviews but I would never work with this company. They only give you wrong information and very rude about it. Our Lochinvar water heater was broken down, still under warranty. (regrettably I do not recommend Lochinvar water heater either)They informed me that I have to buy a new heater and wait and see if the manufacturer credited back to us. Tommy also try to lecture me about how warranty works :). well I got my replacement and paid nothing!!! If you need a good water distributor go to Winston water cooler company! I tell you how good they are. they solved my water heater issue in 15 minutes and I have been corresponding with Arizona climate supply and got me nowhere in 45 days.

All I’m gonna say is, don’t get behind one of their work trucks in a Starbucks line. Ordered the whole damn menu. Get out of the line and go inside if your order is that big. On the 12 min mark as I write this.

I highly recommend this place. It's very clean and well-organized, the staff is very attentive, and they sell everything related to air conditioners, plumbing, PVC, copper, glues, and any other plumbing and air conditioning supplies. Of course, guys, congratulations! That's the spirit!

My 26 year old HVAC system was ready to be replaced. Kendall and the folks at Cooper Climate were solid pros from start to finish. The all-inclusive price quoted included a duct test and all facets of installation, and fell comfortably within the amount I was expecting for a quality, highly efficient Trane system. They arrived on time, and Clarinda in the office kept me informed whenever service technicians were en route. Along with a quality installation, Jose and his crew were highly respectful of my property and did a great job, right down to vacuuming the areas where work was performed. In short, Cooper Climate did a great job installing a quality system at a reasonable price with no surprise charges or fees. They even took care of the paperwork for my SRP rebate, which I look forward to receiving in the near future. Lastly, I appreciated Kendall wearing a mask and gloves when coming near me and my property, given the current situation. Thanks again to everyone at Cooper Climate Control!

Great company and owner. They will not try to up sale you on any item. They take the time to analyze your needs and suggest components that will meet those needs. If you don't need an expensive unit they will tell you so. No high pressure sales techniques and great customer service.

I was extremely happy with this from start to finish. It was more than I wanted to spend but I know Kendall did his best for me. He made sure everything was done well (the work crew was great) and even came back to attach a fake owl up there because he knew I had a problem with pigeons. He knew his business and was very respectful and personable.
