I will only be using Cooling Specialist for all my AC needs going forward. Greg, Tyler and Kyle are amazing! Best customer service, very professional, answered all my questions and I had a lot of them! I had to replace a 25-year-old unit and equipment has changed a lot in that time. It was super easy to schedule the replacement. They coordinated everything perfectly, they we're getting the old unit ready to be taken off the roof when the new one was delivered and the crane arrived shortly after that. They took the old unit off the roof, put the new one on and had it completed in no time at all. I also had them service my other unit on the property and then go to a rental property and have that one serviced. Everything was completed in 4 hours, just amazing! Their prices are extremely fair and I will be recommending them to all my friends. Very satisfied customer! Thanks so much!

I had an exceptional experience with Cooling Specialist. I had another HVAC company out here to diagnose the situation, and they claimed nothing was wrong and the unit was communicating. The thermostat was stuck at 62 degrees, and the heat was not functioning. I had a technician named Tyler come out and he changed my thermostat and identified this issue within 10 minutes. My gas valve was not functioning, and he went to the store, got the part under warranty, replaced and it is now working as intended. My start to finish experience working with Walied and Tyler was notable. Not only was the customer service exceptional, but the pricing was as well. I am fortunate to of found my new HVAC company for any and all items in the future. Thank you!

These guys were amazing. They were honest, reliable and affordable. I had a quote from another company, and the other company told me I needed a 4k repair. These guys came in and immediately recognized that it was just an $80 part that needed replacing. Between that and the labor charge, I was out the door in the low hundreds, not thousands. Highly recommended and will definitely call them back next time I have an AC issue.

Called into cooling specialists, needed a routine system maintenance preformed. Wally in the office answered my call and he was very professional, Same day I received Greg as my technician. Very knowledgeable guy and very professional. Found my capacitor starting to read low. But nothing else was found to be out of line on my 15-year-old system. I had Parker And Sons service in my equipment for the longest time and they would always try and tell me to replace. I am so glad I called and scheduled with Wally.

I had a 22-year-old AC system in my home that was running at full capacity on the verge of burnout. It was also cold in some rooms and warm in others causing family disagreements on thermostat settings. I decided to get a new system before it quits as that can be deadly in the PHX summer. I shopped around online, got quotes from different companies and then went to the Maricopa Home Show where I came across the Cooling Specialists. They listened to me and my concerns and was very straightforward and honest in their approach. I made my decision to go with them that day. They told me it is not a guarantee that even distribution of cooling would be achieved without having duct work done but it wasn’t impossible. I took the gamble and won. Not only has the uneven cooling been fixed, my estimated electric bill has been decreasing! The Cooling Specialist team was very prompt and professional. They told me what to expect and was available anytime I had questions. I highly recommend them for your AC needs.

Really happy with my experience. They were quick to schedule and execute. It was a long and challenging job but they kept working hard through it. My garage is consistently perfectly cool now and my wife and kids love it.

Our a/c was installed 6 months ago in January by this company, and went completely out on July 2nd. They sent a tech out July 3rd, who said multiple times he didnt know much about a/c's but was there for the original install. After spending about an hour on the phone, he decided they needed to order parts and wouldnt be able to repair the unit for several days. So on July 7th, a different tech was sent out early morning and in 10 minutes had the a/c blowing cold air. This only lasted a few hours before it was blowing hot air, and they told us they didnt even install the parts we had waited 4 days without a/c for. They had to come back out very late at night and finally do the work that should have been done the first time. At no point were they consistant in telling us what exactly was wrong with our system, or how it broke down after only 6 months. Im pretty certain at this point there were problems with how it was installed. Overall, very very upset with their service, and very doubtful of their competancy. Im expecting more problems in the near future, and will be going with another contractor. If you are in trouble and need a/c, absolutely do not take the risk hiring these people.
