Booked an appointment online, and they set up a time immediately for the next day! The tech, Kyle, showed up on time, and got the heat running in no time. He also serviced the old system, telling me what to do to keep it running smoothly. Very affordable, too! I was so scared that it would cost a fortune to fix, but instead of trying to overcharge me for stuff I didn’t need, he handled everything during the allotted service time. I’m very pleased and will definitely recommend!

Good contractors are hard to come by. Elston is one of those. They stand behind their work and that says a lot. Their prices were very reasonable.

Scott and Dave stopped by to check our 2 HVAC systems at our house we recently purchased in Payson. They were fast, clean and efficient. They cleaned the systems and replaced a couple of capacitors all for a very fair cost. We’ll definitely will see them again a year from now to have the units checked out again.

Our heat pump was repaired by Mr. Schmidt this week and we would refer all of our friends and family for any services they needed fixed or replaced. Mr. Schmidt ( he asked us to call him Butch) responded immediately and arrived on time. He knows his stuff and was professional and friendly. Pricing was reasonable and he left the area clean. We will only call ' Butch' from here on out for all of our needs, he is quite experienced with A/C and heating and it shows.
