Kramer's Air Conditioning

Twenty six hundred dollars , and they're not sure if that will fix it? 2019 air conditioner. Not sure is the problem lol. Checking for a freon leak should be 300 dollars not 1100, these are professionals? When someone says this is the problem and knows. Then 2600 sounds ok. Wouldn't use them. No that's not true, i wanted a diagnostic on the heating and the air conditioner, and that's not what I chose. He said we could try that, and that to find a leak was going to be very expensive and truthfully. I've looked it up, shouldn't be that expensive. I personally think you're overpriced. He wouldn't have been looking at the refrigerant.If he was only checking the heating. Another estimate completely different than your's lol. This town is scary

You know what's scary? Your AC making funny noises during the month of July. But not if you have Kramer's AC on your side! I left a message over the weekend and by Monday morning we were up and running. Very professional and timely. Truly a blessing.

Sooooo happy with Kramers AC- very professional, dependable and affordable. Ive used them on my personal homes and have referred clients to them. Ive even had clients refer them to me who were unhappy with other HVAC companies who told them they needed a completely new unit when they did not. To top it off the owners Deron & Sabrina are super sweet and wonderful to work with!!! You can really tell they care about their company.

very professional. They check every part of the systems, and routine service is covered under our 3 year service plan. What little repairs need to be done were quick fixes and prices are reasonable.

I found the service people to be very polite and knowledgeable. The customer service personnel leave a lot to be desired, i got danced around for days and still did not receive what i requested! I find their business practices questionable and overpriced! I would Not recommend them for a new installation, because your going to get the runaround for your documentation.

Good product. A bit of a hassle to get everything in the quote (installer did not install wifi thermostat) eventually the company did finish the job.

I wish they were more professional about calling when they were coming never stuck to the times they said... they had to come out twice to get job done... the gentleman that came was super nice....overall it turned out to be a good fix...thank you!!!!

I was very impressed with what they had to offer and especially liked their warranty. I hired them on the spot (on Wednesday) and my new system was installed the following Monday!

Chad was able to make it out several times during the proposal process as we were dealing with an insurance claim from hail damage. Subcontractors taking care of the installations were very thorough and courteous. Would hire again.
