I can’t say enough how satisfied we are with this company. We previously were using Ambient Edge for years but we were quoted a enormous amount for the repair that a good friend of mine recommended Air Quality. They came out immediately and they explained everything in a way we absolutely understood what needed to be done and even they were unhappy with the quality of work we’ve been having. Jimmy checked everything showed me how we could have shut down the blower so our bill wasn’t outrageous and within a couple of days he had the part and came out today and installed the part, new thermostat, cleaned everything inside and outside and then showed me how to work the thermostat. He was professional and kind and very helpful. I would highly recommend this company they don’t take advantage and the price was 1/3 of the previous company. They have a customer for life. They came out on the same day to diagnose the issue and advocated with their distributor on my behalf to get the repair done as quick and inexpensive as possible. Jimmy was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.

This company has done a lot, and I mean a lot, of work for me over a nine year period, all of it commercial. They are honest and accurate in proposals. Diligent and meticulous, whether it be repairs or installs. If I ever had them come back to perform a do-over, they did it with professionalism and kindness even if they had done it right the first time according to the plan. They seem genuinely concerned that I remain a satisfied customer.

I highly recommend this place for their work quality and timeliness. They came out to my house and worked on our swamp cooler to get it running till the new a/c unit could be delivered. They got the swamp cooler running properly in less than 2 hours. When the new a/c unit was installed, they made sure to work quickly and had it done with in a few hours. We love our new a/c and highly recommend them to anyone needing their a/c or swamp coolers fixed.

I already had a brand new Goodman furnace that I purchased brand new. I got several estimates from large well advertised AC installers. One was 25% more expensive, another would not use my furnace and wanted 50% more money to install his brand with no ducting solution. Alan at Air Quality came by and gave me and estimate and was willing to use my new furnace for half the cost and install a cross over ducting to solve the small ducting problem that the others were not willing do. MY main load center needed to be replaced. Cold weather was approaching. He installed the furnace and a 4 ton AC but left the AC disconnected until I could replace the load center. (breaker panel) In short, he was willing to work with me. The install was done in 2 days once he had the equipment. He returned a month later and installed the wiring to the new load center. Better install that I could do and done faster than I could do it. I highly recommend getting an estimate from this guy before you buy from anyone else. Reasonable cost, dependable and reliable crew....Best AC guy in the Kingman Az area...

Wait a minute: I've had a lot of work - both commercial and residential - done by these people over the years and it has always been cost-effective and professional. Of course, I participate in the decision-making process as to best course of action. Perhaps you had defaulted in this area. This is a long time business with a very good local reputation.

My AC heater unit is 4 years old and under a 10 year parts warranty They charged me $85 to diagnose which I did not have a problem with Which by the way only took them 5 minutes literally To diagnose (Induction motor) but then they call me back And confirm that my part is covered under warranty but there is gonna be a labor charge and a charge to run my warranty $250 Total not counting the $85 service charge But the problem is the part is free it is on the warranty they don't have to pay for and it is literally less than an hour job So are they saying they charge a $100 an hour plus a $150 to run my warranty The part itself is only a $120 Which keep in mind they don't have to pay for Sounds to me like they're trying to charge me for the price of the part and labor plus get reimbursed for the manufacturer Is simple math here a guys I gave them 2 stars because the technician was Awesome FYI ended up calling the distributor myself and getting the part for free because it's under warranty I'm going to change it myself it's less than an hour job

I purchased a forced air furnace from this company a year ago and regret it everytime the heater comes on. To start with I explained to the guy at air quality my concerns before buying a new heater was it must be quiet. They cut a hole for the air intake smack in the middle of the living room wall for the new intake and my living room sounds like a wind tunnel. They installed a heater where i have to remove one of the ducts to get to the cookie sheet. (this seperates the evap cooler from the heater in winter) and they put the filter behind 2 screw plates so thats a hassle to change also. Dont use this company you will regret it!
