I have a very old heater, 26 years old to be exact and it was not working properly so I called to schedule a service. They were able to get me in the schedule not only the same day but within a few hours. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He got my heater up and running very quickly and took the time to clean it up. I will be updating the whole system hopefully this next year and will definitely be calling Comfort Systems of Arizona. I can’t say enough great things about Comfort Systems of Arizona! I called right before Christmas when our heat went out, and they fit us in that same day. The technician was professional, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we had heat and were comfortable for the holidays. They took the time to explain how our system works, answered all our questions, and even put us on a maintenance schedule to keep everything running smoothly. I highly recommend Flagstaff Comfort Systems! Their response and service is excellent.My call turned out to be a false alarm, but it was handled, to my relief professionally and with good humor. Cole and Dustin were outstanding! They were at my door exactly at 8:30 as promised and went to work so quickly - removed my old furnace and installed a new Trane and made it look easy. So patient as I looked and asked questions. These guys know what they are doing - absolutely delighted! You are in good hands with Comfort Systems.

Rion and the guys are amazing! They made the drive to our place an hour away and gave us a free second opinion on the air conditioning repairs that needed to be made. Despite being super busy, they got us on a quick schedule to make the repairs, which saved us $800 over the first company, and they cleared up some questions I had regarding refrigerant. The unit has been working great since then! I definitely recommend the team at Comfort Systems of Arizona!

Can't say enough about this Comfort Systems and their people. When our a/c called it quits, we called several companies and most came by, briefly looked at the system, and then handed us a bunch of quotes with next to zero explanation. Comfort Systems was different; Cole came over, measured the entire interior of the home and took the time to do the math so we would have a properly-sized system. Then, he sat down with us, gave us options and explained each one in detail. It's worth noting that their prices were more competitive than any other company we spoke with. The owner, Rion, and their lead installer, Dustin, were always professional and, more importantly, down-to-earth guys who could answer any question in a way anyone can understand. Highly recommended!

The service was great Cole and his guys were prompt and professional. Love our new ac heater unit on the garage and they even were able to repair our old unit for the house.

This is my second review for Comfort Systems and I still rank them 5 stars; on time, professional and friendly service. We have a boiler, so it requires skill to maintain. We also have a winter contract called "Peace of Mind" where the service department checks our home each week to make sure that the boiler is working. We live in Scottsdale so having this "insurance policy" is a huge stress reliever. We highly recommend them.

I used Comfort Systems to replace my propane hot water heater that stopped working after about 20 years in service. Comfort Systems was responsive and answered my questions and concerns. Around 7 months later the new heater stopped working. Comfort Systems was responsive, replaced the faulty part, and had it running again under warranty. I appreciate they are very responsive, helpful, and quick.

This company is honest and knowledgeable! Another plumbing company told us we needed to (likely) replace our gas regulator to house that was causing water heater pilot to go out! Another part of Comfort Systems of AZ is a propane company! Owner came out IMMEDIATELY to test pressure. Was NOT the problem! Pressure fine! No need to replace gas regulator! Problem IS water heater OTHER plumbing company installed and dragged feet to put in a new (warranted) heater. NOT calling them again… ever. Comfort Systems of AZ will do my warranty work to get water heater working again! Was end of day so will return tomorrow w a new water heater that’s covered under warranty! Will continue saga….

I had 4 different HVAC companies come to my home to provide estimates to replace an old furnace and install a new air conditioner. Only Comfort Systems did a proper measurement and calculation of the whole home to spec in the right system. The others just looked at the house and then put a quote together. Could an experienced HVAC person do a decent job estimating based on just square footage and room count? Sure. But those guys miss the little details about the exact number and type of windows, vent placement, etc that impact the overall home. Comfort Systems' attention to detail is what made sure I got EXACTLY the right system, which was neither oversized (which has its own problems) nor undersized. Dustin, Cole, and their whole team are very polite, friendly, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done right. They are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend and would trust Comfort Systems over any other HVAC company in Flagstaff.

Needing a new furnace, I worked with Rion and Dustin. They were wonderful -- professional, helpful, and patient with my many questions. Overall, Great Service! I highly recommend Comfort Systems of Arizona to anyone in need of HVAC work.

So very disappointed with Dustin and Flagstaff Comfort Systems. Called them on a Monday to have our leaky Navien NPE-210A fixed in Williams, AZ. Dustin said they would be out there in two days on Wednesday. Heard nothing and no show on Wednesday. Didn't respond to text message Wednesday. Called on Thursday and Dustin said he would be out the next day, Friday. No explanation for not showing up the day before with no communication. Dustin no showed again on Friday. Again no response to text inquiry on Friday. I went out Sunday and diagnosed the HW Heater. Sent Dustin a picture of the leaky part on Sunday via text (see attached). No response. I ordered the part Sunday and replaced it on Tuesday. So disappointed in the poor communication.

Professional service from Dustin and Cole. Had the A/C unit up and running in two days. Don't know how I survived without A/C. Thank you so much Comfort Systems of Arizona!

My heater went out, I broke my coffee pot, and let's just say i had other disasters that day. I called Comfort Systems thinking I had to make an appointment. Nope. Within 10 minutes, Dustin showed up. He knew what the problem right after I showed him the video. He told me he had to order a part, it would be about 10 days. I said cool. While he was writing the order form, he excused himself to go to his truck. He came back with the EXACT same part we needed. Call it divine intervention, call it luck, but Dustin had the heat back on for us! He was jovial, polite, talked with my husband, even my dogs loved him and was sad to see him go. Comfort Systems will be my go to company for any heating concerns. I was so happy, because what was a bad day, turned out to be a really good one. Thank you Dustin! You're the best!
