I’ve used Franklin multiple times for different types of projects (HVAC, Water Heater, underground water line) and they’ve been fantastic every time. They communicate extremely well, have awesome people, schedule service extremely quick, and have always had the best pricing for every quote I’ve gotten to compare. I had Axell Morris service us today for our HVAC inspection. He was extremely helpful, listened to my questions and took care of everything I needed! He was awesome! I’ll just note this because people may wonder: Companies like to ask for 5-star reviews, so those are always highlighted on the website. Google is probably a better gauge, but I can genuinely say for the 8+ times I’ve had them do work for me, they’d get a 5 star every time. And to be clear, those 8 times are not related, but their quality of work and service carries through to all the services they provide.

Ayden, our plumber tech came by today and replaced our kitchen faucet! Service was friendly, super fast and easy! Love their texting capabilities which makes scheduling, arrival updates & changes a breeze! Pricing was clear upfront, which is appreciated. Will definitely use them again.

I don't shop around anymore. Over the last two years I have used Franklin multiple times for AC repair and replacements and heating and electrical problems. I've found their pricing to be competitive and their service is stellar. I own several rentals and every technician that I've met has been top notch. Lee just finished 10 furnace tune ups for me and I was amazed at the detailed reports and photos he gave me. When I asked my tenants about him they were extremely complimentary, saying he was very knowledgeable, professional, took extra time to answer their questions and was a "really nice guy". Scope of project: Install a new 240V circuit and outlet. Install surge protector. Project status: Completed ESTIMATE AND BUSINESS AWARD STAGE (June 20, 2025) Jesse was punctual to the estimate appointment made a day and a half prior (Frankin AC was very accommodating when scheduling this meeting); introduced and conducted himself in a professional manner. Jesse listened attentively to my request and needs and thereafter provided several solutions we could approach to meet as close as possible what I needed. The estimate was provided right away with an amount so reasonable that I awarded the project right away. After 15 minutes of me accepting the bid, Franklin office called me to set the installation date. So far, service has been outstanding and worth the time of writing this review. I will update when the project is completed. JOB COMPLETION STAGE (June 26, 2025) Jesse and Bryan arrived on time at the scheduled appointment and the installation went on without any issues or roadblocks, meaning a good planning and estimate of items needed during initial assessment. At the end, Jesse and I did a run down of what was done and the potential of upgrades the installation will be capable in the future. All my questions and doubts were cleared and they left a happy and repeat customer. THANK YOU VERY MUCH JESSE AND BRYAN! To complement this review, I am including pictures of this surge protection and 240V outlet installation. I will be using the outlet to plug my portable EV charger. Called for service in heat pump on below freezing day, and serve tech was here by 5:30. Diagnosed issue, explained what was needed, got approval from me and had unit up, running and checked out the whole system by 6:15. Price seemed fair, work done quickly, and Angel (service tech) was both personable, explained what was needed, what else he recommended be considered and was thorough. Will definitely use Franklin Heating and Air again!

The service from Franklin was great. I had my hvac system and furnace replaced. I had the techs come out yesterday and today. Axell Morris was professional and explained what he was doing and double checked if I had any questions. Same goes for Pedro Martinez who came out to do the installation. I highly recommend them for any of your needs. Zach saved me almost $10,000 from competitors estimates. I appreciate the honesty in the company and employees. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and patient.

Technicians were great. Very knowledgeable and respectful of us and properly. Axell Morris came back to do the calibration. He walked us through what he was doing and answered all our questions. Good work ethic and personable.

We replaced 3 gas furnaces and replaced three AC units with 3 heat pump systems. Our entire HVAC system was crap from when the house was constructed. There were many problems, and we used another company to help with the constant repairs. I did not have confidence in that company, so I found Franklin. We are so happy we did. The prices were fair, and the quality of the equipment was top-notch. The installations were professional. We will be sticking with them! They are locally owned and not run by private equity conglomerates! 5 STARS

The technician, Tyler, was not as experienced as others, but he did a fantastic job. He came out for routine tune up job and looked everything over, measured things, and told us what would be good to do to help unit run better. He gave me quotes for repair while being thorough and very polite

Easily the best price for a 16 SEER / 3.5 ton / variable speed AHU, with a negative ionizer unit. The install day started a little rocky with inclement weather and a delay to start for parts that were needed, but the install team pulled it together and everything was finished in one day.

They gave the best price for the best HVAC unit (17 SEER). They beat the prices of everyone elseâ s economy unit
