Prompt response, complete installation, advice regarding possible moisture issue, clean up and haul away. Installed new thermostat. Found that refrigerant pressure was malfunctioning in new unit and went and got replacement part and insured unit was working properly. This guy really cares about good service.

I PLACED AN OPEN MESSAGE FOR FURNACE REPAIR ON SOCIAL MEDIA FOR THE BELLA VISTA AREA IN THE MORNING AND ONE OF THE BUSINESS OWNERS REPLIED AND I CALLED.  HIS PARTNER CAME OUT THAT VERY AFTERNOON AND MY FURNACE WAS RUNNING IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES OR LESS. POLITE AND RIGHT TO WORK.  MY GERMAN SHEPHERD EVEN LIKED HIM.  I SIGNED UP FOR A TWICE A YEAR SERVICE OFFER. <br />

It went well I voiced my concerns and they were more than happy to accommodate! They walked me through the newly installed thermostat. I am very grateful for them taking care of my home!

Installation went great; field engineers were professional.

The crew came out and replaced our 100 year old oil boiler with a new gas boiler and a new gas hot water heater. They were always on time for the appointments, estimate and installs. They were courteous, and careful with our ensuring they were not tracking through the house. when the install was complete we could not tell they were there. Shortly after the install the system developed a minor weep, joys of tieing new copper to 100 year old cast pipe. A quick call, and they were there to make the repair. Will definitely use again to install our central air!

Installed with no issues and has been working great. they where the only one around that would install inthe small space available and was priced reasonably...another quote was for 5 times the amount.

My interaction with Summit Comfort was very pleasant. Mr. Burns understood what I needed and provided me a reasonable quote. He did not try to over sell me. Mr. Burns was ver accommodating as I prepped the job. His technicians were experienced. The install was flawless. I would rehired and would recommend.

I highly recommend Summit. They kept our aging HVAC running for several years, with no sales pressure from the service techs to upgrade. Always professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. When the time came (slow coolant leak, major repairs looming), it was my choice to contact them for a new system quote. Dwayne presented several options, different makes/models, just AC or full HVAC, each option competitively priced. Again, no sales pressure... just a clear explanation of the basis, pluses and minuses of each option. Installation day was stress free. We're very pleased with the new HVAC, and very pleased working with Summit to get it done.

Tech was knowledgeable and courteous in explaining the issue's origin. Also fixed outside drain pipe contributing to leak issue. Recharged refrigerant as well. Gave quotes if we wanted a leak test performed and installation of wet switch to prevent future issues.

I called mid-late morning as my heater was not working. The office was very accommodating; gave me a same day appointment even though I had never used their service before. The technician (Shaun) showed up promptly during the time given. He was able to make adjustments which got my heater running again without jumping right to an expensive replacement! In the event the part does eventually need replacing it has already been diagnosed and a quote given. He was lightning fast at figuring out the problem, honest and very professional. I not only would highly recommend this company and would absolutely call them for my heating issues in the future but will now also be calling then for my A/C service as well!

They arrived early, was very friendly, explained what was going on and fixed the problem. Also took the time to show us how the venting system works in the basement so that we could adjust the air flow thru out the house. Would definitely use them again.

The new energy efficient system was replaced flawlessly. They installers were very respectful of my home and me while they were there. Explained all answers to my questions and did not use technical jargons to lose me in the conversation.

They were fine. There were no frills. They gave me what I wanted and a fair price. They don’t try to oversell you.

Called summit they could come out to look over unit next day. They called ahead to tell me on way. Tech did what was expected including getting into some tight spaces. Didnt try to sell me anything and told me unit was 20 years old. I knew unit was old. Unit was functioning properly. After leaving got follow up call two days later asking how everything went. Will use them when unit finally goes.

Appointment was granted promptly for the next morning despite it being a busy summer long weekend. Service provider called ahead of arrival and was polite and courteous. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and did not overcharge for his efforts. They even had a coupon for $20 for Angie's List members which brought down their diagnosis fee to $59 (cheapest in the market). Their office manager (Janette) then followed up a few days later to check up on me. I have finally found a decent company in the area that values their customers and are not out there to just rip off people.

Cleaned, looked over equipment, didn't install anything, but felt he was competent and that he didn't need to do anything.  <br />
