If I could give negative stars about this company I would. I am absolutely fed up. We spent 12,000 on a new unit and before the unit was put in was not told about needing duct work until 4 months after a new unit was put in the wiring was done wrong at install then told we needed duct work. Would have been great to have known before a unit was put in. Not to mention a part for the unit has been on back order for almost a year that finally came in. Now we are in 13 degree weather and called in asking what setting to turn eheat on and we got blown off and told it’s just your duct work. Take your money and run from these people. They are awful.

Excellent experience. Great communication, i was informed every step of the way. The foreman was polite and sociable. I was told to expect a 2 day install, and the crew stayed a couple extra hours and finished it all the same day. All trash and excess material was picked up the following day. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Superior as always! Advantage has been our go-to for many years and has never failed us. Our 26-year-old compressor is still ticking because of Advantage. Garrett is to be commended for his professionalism, expertise, kindness, and meticulous attention to detail. I love to learn, and he was very patient with me as I followed him around and asked many questions. He was happy to explain to me every detail along the way. Called Advantage Service Company at 4pm with a sewage back up in mu master bath with sewage heading toward my hardwood floors. After explaining my problem and my panic, I had Advantage service truck pull up a hour later. The technician had the issue fixed in no time. He was thorough and kept us informed.

Advantage performed far below acceptable standards. We contracted them to complete several electrical projects in our home; as of today, none of the tasks have been fully completed. No supervisor conducted a site visit, and communication from the company was minimal. The assigned electrician worked in a disorganized and messy manner, ultimately leaving our home without power for an entire day and forcing my family to spend two nights in a hotel. After we raised these issues and concerns, the company sent a second electrician. However, he resolved only one problem and still failed to complete the remaining work. Although Advantage provided partial compensation, it did not adequately address the unfinished work or the disruption to our household. I strongly advise against using Advantage for any electrical services.

Always professional and friendly. I use all of Advantage services, heat/air, plumbing and electrical....heat/air was here today for heat checkup. Because they take such great care, I have no problems. But I am sure if I did, they would be here to take care of it.

I have used this company exclusively since we moved into our home for plumbing and HVAC servicing. We have a yearly service contract and have been happy with our experiences for the past 3 years including any issues that popped up. An issue was found during a routine service, the tech (Patrick) did a wonderful job identifying the problem, what was needed and even found that the part was under warranty. GREAT! Problems started with the repair. I have found several issues such as my unit not put together properly, a gas leak due to not tightening an area, missing oil drain caps and screws, and bending of main support frame. I went to contact the HVAC manager to remedy the quality of service received and has not returned my call at this time 12/4/19. Edit 12/10/19: Talked with company manager today who will be sending a senior tech to investigate unit. Edit 12/16/19: Manager called to inform me of senior tech (Patrick) and coworker’s (Randy)arrival time. Gentlemen were personable and heard my concerns. They remedied all issues with excellent customer service.

Called for an estimate, when they arrived they told me I have a leak that needs to be repaired. I asked for a price on new compressor and they said they would call me and let me know this was September first week. I have called every week since and they told me someone would contact me tommorrow, and that tommorow never came and they charged me $300.

Our A/C went out on a Friday night. Advantage was great in sending a repairman within a couple of hours. Garrett, the serviceman, was wonderful. He explained what he was looking for and was efficient in doing so. We knew that it was an after hours call and that the prices would reflect that. But Garrett made quick work of the repair. We were pleased to get the A/C online so quickly. We were fortunate that Advantage had such a knowledgeable employee. Thank you Garrett.

Been with this company a long time since 1998 and so far never for the same job. I have lived alone and as a female never felt uncomfortable with their workers in my home. Thank you again.

Water was gushing out of the side of my 1882 home. My neighbor told me about it and told me who they had used in the past so I called them and they were here within an hour and fixed everything perfectly.

Share some information with anyone that needs their a/c, later heat, worked on for the house or business! I’ve been using Advantage Service Company for around 10-12 years and maybe longer. I used to deliver to them when I worked for a three letter work company later retired from them. Every time I had packages for them they were always nice to me, then my a/c at my house went out. Called them didn’t say a word about who I was just going to see how I would be treated. To my surprise they were the same friendly and nice and act like they wanted my business. They came out gave me a estimate and I got two or three more and a lot cheaper than the other estimates. Came out installed my new a/c unit outside and signed a agreement pre maintenance for summer and winter. That helped my unit to last longer but eventually things happened. I’ve been at my house for 19 years and the upper unit in my attic decided it had enough. We called got a estimate for a whole new system. They have a finance company just in case you don’t have all the money so we used them and with zero percent interest by the way! This new system is bad to the bone!!! Tells you how much humidity there is in the house and so many ways to program the system and more!! The outside unit is a third of the size of my old one and when it’s on you have no idea that it is on. I’m very pleased with the service, even after the installation, came with a unbelievable warranty!! House is cooler and my bill went down about $50- $75 a month difference!! I hope I helped out, I try my best!!!!

Called this morning to have A/C unit looked at. Garrett came a few hours later and pipe was clogged. He showed me how to fix it if it happens again. He was very helpful and polite. Thanks for the great service !

Miller was awesome. Checkered the Clif to my washer drain, then he ran water into my drain to make sure it was unclogged. No water ever backed up. I can now use my washer & do my laundry. I am very grateful for Miller. If I ever need a plumber again I want Miller to work for me He is very good at what he does & explains everything. that he does before he does it He needs a raise. He is very fast too.

Mine was the best experience you could hope for when your residential unit stops working. They were able to perform same-day service, the lady I called was polite & answered my questions. Very transparent. Garrett didn’t waste any time and got straight to troubleshooting. Identified the issue and communicated how to prevent it in the future. His performance was 5 stars.

Brian did a thorough semi-annual inspection and complete check of our HVAC system's operating parameters.

Technicians showed up promptly after my call. They assessed the situation and installed a new water heater in about two hours (including travel time to go get the new one) The price was right. I can highly recommend this company.

The tech was polite, courteous and knowledgeable about our problem. We're very pleased with his work.
