Ray, TJ, and team did an outstanding job replacing my 20 year old HVAC system. Access to the attic was very limited and tough to work in. The placement of the new air handler gave me more attic space which is a huge win. They also reworked the ducts which now look amazing. I can already feel the difference. We are ready for summer! I will use and recommend 1 Call Heating and Air again.

If I could give these guys more than five stars, I would do so in a heartbeat! They were very knowledgeable, efficient and amazing! Very open and upfront about what the issue is what needs to be done and how they’re going to get it done. 100% willing to work with you as far as time. Affordable for sure! We would like to commend this company on the the very efficient, professional work they did for us. The teamwork was excellent. Each person knew their part and did very professionally. It was done in a very timely manner. Everything was cleaned up when finished. They made sure everything was working efficiently before leaving. Our questions or concerns were dealt with immediately. This is a company I would recommend for anyone wanting AC and Heating issues dealt with. They are a local business which we did like immensely. We had to have a new heating unit and air conditioning unit put in. Let me tell you our heater was in a difficult spot but these guys came in early, got right to work and got it done in one day!!!! Less than 10 hours and got both jobs knocked right out. Courtesy, kind, hard working, good good people for the job. Please give these guys a call for all of your needs!!!!!! Excellent work guys. Really nice guys who know what they're doing and don't try to sell you more than you need. Ray came out in a snowstorm to fix a heater I had waited weeks for someone else to repair to no avail. They've replaced entire systems for me and offer prices to beat just about everyone else. I'm glad I found these folks. Highly recommend.

They do great work but they need to bring a shop vac with them to clean up.

Fantastic service. They responded to my 8 am call and had a very knowledgeable, pleasant technician at my house in 2 hours. He went above and beyond cleaning my unit making sure everything was perfect after he replaced the part. Highly recommend 1Call!!!

I’ve used 1 Call at my residence and office for about 15 years. Ray Hoover, the owner , is extremely honest, sincere, professional and does outstanding work. TJ and his other employees are excellent as well. They are extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. They actually noticed some plumbing pipe issues in my crawl space while doing a routine service call 3 years ago and took pictures of the issue. Luckily they brought that to my attention otherwise we would have had a major problem a few months down the road. I’ve had both heating and air conditioning units replaced by Ray and his team. They work efficiently and clean up really well after they are completed. Extremely fair pricing as well. I would highly recommend that you give them a call for your HVAC needs.

Ray and his team, (Justin) were able to quickly and reasonably repair our blower motor for us! I love good, honest people who do what they say and treat you fair! Most definitely recommend!!

Hands down the best HVAC company around. Extremely responsive, very professional, honest and caring of their customers. Ray Hoover’s team was well organized and ran like a well oiled machine. They had to take down part of my fence; take old unit out, bring new unit in; put fence back up; replace 2 ducts; fix ancient connections; and build a new cover box. By 4:30 we had air!! I promise you won’t go wrong with making that 1 CALL!!

Raymond was very helpful and courteous when my mother-in-law’s unit went out. He answered questions and gave advice without making us feel uncomfortable or pressured to use his services. He was affordable, honest, and quick!
