Right before the snow fell in January my heat pump went out. We’d been planning on replacing the system, now it was a must do project. Started checking around and found out by accident that Wade’s was opening a new location in Jonesboro. Called them up, got fair pricing and bought a new unit. I had a really good install team and even better were the QC guys that made sure ever was operating at peak efficiency. I’d worked with Wade’s technicians at my former workplace and felt they’d do a good job. They did not disappoint. Give them a call, you’ll be glad you did.

My experience was over a year ago and wasn’t going to give a review however I feel it’s necessary. We had a bad dryer plug. Called Wades. They sent a tech out he told us it was the dryer although the dryer had just been bought the day before. We trusted it was actually a faulty dryer went and bought a brand new set around $2000. It gets delivered set up still doesn’t work. Call wades who sends another tech that confirms it was the plug. He does fix the issue however that entire issue costed us over $2000. Due to the FIRST tech not doing his job. He simply did not want to be there. I tried to negotiate the cost with Wades however they feel I should still pay a full bill although their tech costed us quadruple money. I wanted to love this company but it was a total let down. 2 stars since the second tech actually done his job.

I’ve had dealings with both the HVAC techs and Electricians on their residential side throughout the years, and highly recommend both. Very respectful, friendly, and helpful people. Very reasonable with their pricing. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Wades is always prompt to respond to any A/C issues! We had issues with our heating and they were able to quickly respond and diagnose the problem. Philip was our technician and he went above and beyond to help make sure that I was able to get ahold of Entergy to fix the voltage problems and then made sure that an electrician checked everything out on the house side of things and then had our heating up and running shortly thereafter!

Wades did an awesome job on our new air and heating system!!! They were prompt and on time!! The crew was the best we have ever had to work with. We had all new duct work, insulation the whole works done!! Never left a mess either day!! Explained everything to us and how to use it. Never was without some cool air. They supplied us with a coolant till ours was fixed. Joseph and his crew was awesome!! Even finished a head of schedule. We appreciate you Jerry, Chad and all the crew!! Office workers are very awesome too!! We appreciate you guys. We will recommend yiu to anyone who need any work sone. Thanks again.

They do the work if you're willing to pay.. called them out 3 times in 2 weeks finally knock on wood turned out to be a bad capacitor and is working great now. Guy who came out the first 2 times didn't fix or really bandaid the problem. Guys who showed up 3rd time actually open it up and found capacitor was bad. I commend them for fixing the problem of a $20 part but I'm out around $600 total for something that should of been check first thing. Anyways have always used them and received good work from them. Just this time the guy who came the first 2 times just didn't act like he even wanted to be here and do his job. I know this was during the hotest part of the summer but I work in utilities all day too and just want to be able to come home to some comfortable ac.

We replaced two HVAC units in our home using Wade's. Chad was great with communicating to us when they would be there to replace everything. They were always so nice and left us feeling like truly valued customers. They did a great job on the install and had someone come out and quality check everything afterwards to make sure things were done correctly. Highly recommend.

Decent service but over priced. They charge $299 for 30min to install a $30 part. I called them out on a weekend and they notified me that it would be a $140 service fee. FYI this doesn't include any repair labor. They Identified the contactor needed replaced and I asked them to replace it. I know that these average $30 so I asked if he had one and he said yes. Once he installed it he notified me of a $439 bill. I called the office on Monday and he notified me that the tech should have charged me more! He was there for 45 minutes. I paid the extra call out fee for the weekend and your telling me $299 for a $30 part is normal?! It only took 30 minutes for the swap out. I won't be calling them again.

We called wades due to our air unit not working…. They came out 5 times and on the 5th time they told us it was the condenser fan needing to be repaired and that it was going to cost us over $700.00. I told my husband we needed another opinion because after the service calls it cost us over $600.00 for a new thermostat, capacitor, contactor, and low voltage fuse…. They still had not gotten it fixed….. Thankfully our friend came out to our house and they had wired the contactor and the capacitor incorrectly……. I will say they only charged us once for the service call, the thermostat, and the capacitor everything else they didn’t charge us for, but can’t help but wonder what if we hadn’t sought another opinion…. We would have been out an additional almost 800.00! Thankfully their mistake didn’t damage the entire unit!!!! I will never use wades again!

Will not uphold warranty. Bought new unit in April and Wades will not fix the issues. They've been out at least 5 times and never fix a thing. Now they won't come out at all.

Wades up to my last two encounters, had my praise. My winter encounter he straight away, told me I needed to replace my unit, I asked to try the thermal coupler, it worked... fee 296 Today I thought I needed Freon, my compressor wasn't working. He checked my breaker, it had tripped, he turned it back on, checked my Freon (which was good) ( should've been the end of his day with me) he proceeded to tell me I needed a hard start relay on my compressor. Came back and 10 minutes later told me I owed 301.00 the relay was an 11.00 part. They charged me 190.plus tax for 10 minutes of labor. Time to find someone else!!!!!

We are extremely impressed with our most recent experience with Wade's. Found out the heating was acting up early in the morning, made a call and 30 minutes later we get a call and he's on the way. Our technician couldn't have been more professional and friendly. I can't think of anything that wasn't first class about the whole experience. This is definitely the kind of experience that creates a loyal customer and Wade's can add us to that list. Thanks very much.

We had a central heater circuit board burn out before the Christmas holidays. The service technician came out that day and rush-ordered the part to ensure everything was functioning before the break. I truly appreciate the extra effort.

We found out after hours that our AC had quit. Called their number and got to speak with someone who then had their tech (Eric) call me back in less than 5 minutes. Eric came out yet that evening and diagnosed the problem. Would have fixed it on the spot but didn't have quite the right part. Came back the next morning and fixed it. Very impressed with their "after hours" service!!! Thank you much!!

We paid 16,000 cash and can barely get anyone to return calls or come out. Still having issues and they act like we are a nuisance. System is so loud and whines. Air flow isn't distributed equally throughout the house.

We called Wades on a Sunday evening at 7PM. they were here in 45 min. Fixed my AC drain problem and fixed it in an hour. Very nice and professional. 5 ⭐️for sure!!!

They cost me a days pay after agreeing to help me with a unit I went and borrowed the 30% just to find out the owners wouldn't approve me for in house financing I was quoted a price agreed to the payment just to have the renig on the deal I wouldn't trust them they don't keep their word
