It went excellent!! Kristy took the time to help me determine what parts should be replaced first. Not only did she do this but she ordered the parts and had them put on the next UPS delivery truck. After dealing with other HVAC service companies, Kristy's customer service really stands out. Their name really depics their business. This time it was just a couple parts that needed replaced but in the future what HVAC needs I may have....Affordable Heat and Air will surely get my business. <br />

kristy handled all the paper work making it stress free. Adam came out explained our options, gave us a quote and within a week our system was installed. They did not take the balance owed until we were able to run the system a few days to ensure we had no problems. Installer came back and explained system, answered any questions we had, and collected balance at time convenient to us. I would recommend this company ten times over. We had just been taken for several hundreds by a contractor who did not complete a job so we certainly appreciated the professionalism of Adam and Kristy. <br />

They are the best. They are a young company with young owners. They are very eager to please. They are thorough and clean up after themselves. They give you a written outline of what they are going to do and what the costs are going to be and stick to it. I have recommended them to everybody.

Done right

Showed us what was going on with our system, made recommendations, and we will be having someone give us a quote for our out of warranty equipment. Staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

They came out the next day. Marcos was the tech that helped us out. He was very knowledgeable and even gave some a slight education on HVAC 101. Will definitely give him a call in the future for any other issues I have.

DO NOT USE! On July 25th a tenant called at a rental property of mine saying it was 80 degrees in the house. So I called One Hour to come out and fix it. When I called their number they got someone out there within a few hours. Before they send someone out they collect a $99 service charge and the lady on the phone said it would be applied to the service. Fast forward the technician is there and says he checked for a leak and there isn?t one but it needs two units of refrigerant. When he said it was $350 I asked if the $99 would be applied and he said no because it wasn?t a repair. I told him to just go ahead and fix it because it was hot in the house and I couldn?t not fix it in the Texas heat with tenants in the home. The service technician was very professional and courteous. Performed. the necessary maintenance on the furnace to ensure it was working efficiently.

Thru One Hour I get yearly a check up of both my a/c and heating system. This was my heating system check up Craig B was my technician for this review. He was on time, with a bright smile and curtious attitude. Perfect mood for his 1st job of the day. He continued the check up and the heat system which went well and changed the filter on both systems. The only challenging item noted was both the heat and a/c systems were out of warranty and my duct work is due gor cleaning and possible replacement. Did not realize my changeout of systems was 13 yrs ago. One Hour has been my go-to provider for it's maintenace and repair for 13 yrs Once I figure what I am doing in re: to the Craig's recommendations, I will contact One Hour for solutions. Thank you greatly for you fine services and the many wondeful technicians who jave been sent to my home. I am most grateful.

Semi annual maintenance AC and heater. Great Tech well done and polite and friendly.

One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating's technician Cheick Magassa came out on Christmas Day to fix our A/C and got it cooling again. He had to order a part, which he did, and came back the next day on his day off to install it. We are very satisfied with his service.

He did a great job of diagnosing the problem and explaining the issue. The company was able to replace the hvac system. They were very professional and courteous.

JONAS THE TECH WAS VERY HELPFULL AND EXPLAINED THE ISSUE. ORIGINALLY CALL FOR A BLANK THEMOSTAT FOUND THAT THE DISCONNECT WAS FAULTY UNFORTUNATLY HE DID NOT HAVE A NEW DISCONNECT BOX ON TRUCK AND WILL RETURN TO INSTALL. BOTTOM LINE WE WERE VERY PLEASED.
