Central Air Conditioning Service

This local company exceeded my expectations as they have in the past (when they provided annual maintenance for my HVAC unit). Yesterday, I needed ducting installed to vent my dryer outside the crawlspace, where had been installed by the previous homeowners. Central Air sent two friendly, professional, knowledgeable young men who promptly installed 20+ feet of ducting and did an amazing job in a challenging crawlspace. They cleaned up every bit of debris. I will use this company again and will recommend to friends/family.

Before I chose Central Air Conditioning Svc, I got quotes from 3 other companies. I believe I would have been happy with 2 of those 3 but Jeff Miller of Central is the reason I chose them. He is honest, direct and very knowledgeable. He was willing to tailor a system exactly to my requirements. For instance, I wanted to keep my existing thermostat. This was a problem with a couple of the other vendors. One of the other vendors even insisted on selling me one of several pre-defined packages and wouldn't deviate from them. <br /> Jeff was able to answer all of my questions better than any of the other vendors I interviewed. For example, Central offers the brand I was most interested in but he convinced me to choose a Bryant product instead due to a better warranty and faster repair parts availability. He was willing to explain things to me very clearly in terms of costs and benefits. His technical background allowed him to answer all of my questions. <br /> I let Jeff know of my purchase decision at about 4:30 in the afternoon and asked him how soon he could begin installation because our house was getting mighty warm. He offered to start at 8 AM the next morning. <br /> The Central crew arrived at 8 AM the next day and began dismantling my old unit while Jeff picked up the new one in Huntsville. By the time he arrived (9 AM), they were ready to begin the new installation. Jeff supervised the entire process. At one point he called the main office to verify that an unfamiliar looking component was indeed the correct one. Their crew cleaned up after themselves and did a professional job. By 10:30 or 11:00 AM, the new system was operational and tested. <br /> My wife and I couldn't be happier with the service, product and value we received from Central Air Conditioning Service. Our new system is cheaper to operate and keeps our home a lot more comfortable than the old unit. <br />

Excellent job. Showed up when they said they would. The workers were all polite and went right to working. Had to remove our old air conditioners - redo everything under the house and up in the attic. Workers stayed busy - and got the job done by early afternoon. <br /> The air conditioners have worked very well for the past six months - and they have saved us about $300.00 per month this summer compare to what we were paying electricity this time last year. <br />

They are dependable. They do good work. All of the service has been good. They are punctual. They know what they are doing. They are the cheapest company hear, but all of them are high.

David is a wonderful guy and does a great job. He treats his customers like family.
