Mark with Jackson Services has saved me so much money helping lower my bills by getting my ac working more efficiently. I had 4 other companies come out because my electric bills were too high. Mark explained and showed me what was wrong and I am shocked other companies were not willing to do the research of my whole system. He even went in the attic in this Summer Heat. He also offered to lend me a window ac. Then he called me the next day to follow with me and make sure everything was good. I told him I did not know my air could feel this strong and fresh. My house is freezing just the way I like it and I found my ac repair company for life. I was very impressed with Jackson Heating and a Air. The representative was very knowledgeable and professional. He had shown me three options to fit my needs, without pressuring me to go with the higher priced unit. The technicians were prompt and professional. They kept me informed of the status of the installation. I had a follow up visit from the representative after the install to make sure everything was working properly and answer any questions. I would definitely use Jackson Heating and Air again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing servicing.

We did not have heat and called Mr. Jackson and left a message late one evening. (The weather was not too awfully cold) Mr. Jackson returned our call first thing in the morning and came to our home (Approximately 23 miles) at a time that was convienent to us. What he found was a melted wire and promptly fixed it. We have used his service before and he is very honest and professional and does not try to find additional things wrong with your heating or air just to make an extra buck for himself. We would not use anyone else for our heating and air. He he very reasonably priced, we have used his service before this several times and have been satisfied everytime. We would not think of calling anyone else! <br />

After a service call from Sam Hewitt Services that said we needed to replace the entire unit, I called Jackson. They have ALWAYS done a great job for me since the late 80's when I lived in LaGrange. <br /> I called Jackson on Saturday, 9/8 to set up a service call. A technician on call said that they could be there on Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. They came on Monday afternoon. Additionally, the dispatcher suggested that I get a maintenance plan, that they would start immediately so that I could get an immediate discount on this repair. <br /> The technician called to tell me his finding. The unit DID NOT need to be replaced. The repair AND prepaid maintenance agreement was about $525. <br /> Excellent customer service and work! I highly recommend Jackson! <br />

After the unit was inspected, he tried to sell me a "maintenance" program for about 300 dollars, when all it needed was some coolant added to the unit. The maintenance program only covers them coming out and checking the unit for problems, not to actually fix the problem. I won't be using them again! Since I have used another local provider and have excellent results with them.

When we contacted Jackson Heating and Air, we were visited by Ken Carter who came out and viewed the space we wanted the work done in, he took pictures, listened to what we wanted done, and explained to us several different options. As promised about a week later he contacted us and made an appointment to come back and talk to us about our options. He also brought one of the owners of the company with him so that he could look at our basement as well to ensure we were getting the right equipment for the basement. We originally wanted the a/c and a dehumidifier installed so Ken explained to us the different options, and what the owner recommended due to the fact that our basement is a walkout basement with only one side underground. All three options were reasonably priced, the only difference between them were the size of the unit. For our basement we went with a trane 15 seer, v/s air handler, as we felt that would provide us with adequate humidity control, as well as energy efficiency. We scheduled for about two weeks later, and even had to call and reschedule one of the days, and this was easily done with no problems. On the day of scheduled install, the crew was supposed to show up between 8-9am, at about 9am my husband received a call from Jackson asking if we were home because the installers were at our house and no one was answering the door. Well turns out they were at the neighbors house. The installers were not as friendly as some of the other people I have had perfom work in my house. Two installers completed the work, they worked until about 5pm on the first day, after a while it was quiet in the basement and we looked outside and they were gone. They didn't even tell us they had left, I didn't really care for that. The second day they showed up at 9am, completed the rest of the work, once they were finished they knocked on the door, handed me all the warranty paperwok, along with a manual for how to program the thermostat, and left. Overall the work was completed on time, the installers cleaned up after themselves, however I felt they could have used a little more people skills. Ken Carter came back a couple weeks later to check out the work and see if things were all right. They had a great financing special, and I really enjoyed Ken's visits, he was very informative as well as friendly. He also reminded us to give them a call when we were ready to complete the basement bathroom and they would come back and finish hanging that air vent. Overall I was pleased with Jackson and would use them again.

We had a service contract with them for awhile and they made every effort to keep our old system running. We ended up having them put in a new system and the installers blew me away. They worked very hard and went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed correctly. They covered the floors and their shoes so they wouldn't track dirt into the house. I felt like I was in good hands while they were here. They also put in new duct work to our sunroom. They were in an out in a timely manner and were on time for the work. They cleaned up everything after they were done and I'm very pleased with the work they did.
