Excellent, stand-out service. Really loved how on the day of the appt, i received both a text and an email with the technicians picture and experience/education. Received a very good price on a mini-split install. Also appreciated the next day followup, extending to call them if any issues. Strongly recommend this company!

Both technicians were really nice, efficient… explained everything and arrived on time. Jonathan checked ax, heat, generator and split units out back. Elisa found that our dehumidifier was no longer working and will need to be replaced. We were happy with our service

Arrived on time, explained in detail any problems he saw. Added 2 cut off switches on one unit so no leaks would occur if drain got stopped up. Max was polite and courteous!

Shawn was an excellent technician. He fixed my issue and helped me get my phone connected to my home thermostat in order to make temperature adjustments while away. He is very personable and patient, and I’m sure he will continue to service other Batchelor customers in the same manner he helped us. Thanks again, Shawn.

I had a great experience with Batchelor’s Services. Dispatch was super friendly and Wyatt was incredibly helpful throughout the entire bathtub faucet repair. He explained what he was doing, made sure everything was working perfectly before he left, and was just genuinely easy to work with. Really appreciate the fast, professional service!

I had an annual service completed this morning. My technician was April. She was on time, professional, extremely knowledgeable about my units. She did a GREAT job! April did a great job cleaning and caring for my inside and outside units. I will continue to use their services. I highly recommend!

He was very detailed, communicated in a way I could understand the steps and so patient. He was also so kind and good with my kids who wanted to see everything he was doing. He let them learn, a huge and almost non existent thing to see these days!

Just had a semi-annual check with technician, Jasmine I. She did a fantastic job explaining what she was checking & why. Checked & changed filters & thermostat batteries as well as checking outside unit and cleaning it. Highly recommend her if anyone looking for a specific technician who will explain what to watch and listen for, how to keep pipe open and why regular service will make the unit last longer. Had a great experience with her. And her personality is so calm and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better tech. Thank you.

Great experiences with Wyatt and Shawn from Bachelor’s Service as well as the office ladies. Everyone is nice and communicate very well. They came out quickly to troubleshoot my issue, provided realistic and honest time frames and completed the work quickly. I love the text updates with the technicians name and photo so I knew who was coming to my home each time.

Not very good! I would never ever recommend you people for anything! After sharing the details of your service call with my realtor, broker and other professionals I can guarantee you they will never recommend you again to anyone!! As someone who has just purchased a home in Mobile I called because my bedroom literally felt like a meat locker the one night it was chilly. No exaggeration, the room was nearly the same temperature as outside. When Your technician came He used the thermostat tool as they all do to check the vents make sure they were blowing and make sure they were functioning and at the right temperature. He said they were all working properly. He didn't seem to have any real interest in solving the problem. Just in telling me I didn't have a problem. When I pushed (and I had to push) for advice he said well you have one vent in the drop ceiling. It is a pass through vent that draws heat from the room through the transom. That makes sense. What doesn't make sense was his lame advice. First he said well you need to cut more vents in the drop ceiling tiles. Heat follows cold. As a professional with a master degree I'm well aware of the physics of hot and cold air we learned in 5th grade but thank you 🙄 Yes we all know heat follows cold but it doesn't follow it straight down and drop from a 10 ft ceiling into a hallway. That has never been the case here and will never be the case. Hot air rises it doesn't just jump off a 10-ft ceiling straight down. So, first he said you need more vents cut in the hallway... okay great I'll try it, NOT! In the very next breath he said well maybe block up the transoms instead. So we've got one vote for cut more vent holes, and the same person throws out advice to block them off? Ooooookay slightly contradictory... so far we have cut more vents and in the next breath we have blocked them off. Since he was already here I said would you look at the upstairs I don't think we have any ductwork or system upstairs. He took a quick look upstairs at two rental units I have. He said there is no ductwork even though there are huge vents/ grates in the floor that are obviously attached to something .. He told me to install ductwork in the system upstairs would be probably about $40,000. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Another company in business for over 50 years quoted me 8,000. You people are a joke, and not even a good joke. Absolutely ridiculous all over the place. Don't ever call these people. No clarity and quotes that are Beyond ridiculous . And for this wonderful service Clarity and problem solving he asked me for a check for $85 and wanted to know if I wanted to pay $200 to be on a service plan. Who in their right mind would sign up with someone on a service plan who is so wishy-washy, contradictory, and way out there. At one point he told me I needed a contractor not a heating and cooling service Wow! I grew up with five boys several of them are contractors. Had I needed one , I would have called one. Do not waste your money. Do not waste your time. Do not use these people.

Elzie was very thorough and showed me pictures of my duct work in the attic. Went over all of my options very well and sent a detailed estimate to me. Very pleased!

I had Max with Bachelors HVAC provide maintenance on my hvac today and cannot be more pleased. From his arrival at the time agreed until he finished his work, he kept me informed and clearly answered my questions. I will definitely continue using this company.

Darren was an absolute professional during installation of my home dehumidifier. The process was efficient and the unit looks wonderful! He was thoughtful and conscientious in his placement of the unit and its components. Afterwards, all spaces were clean and left as they were when he arrived. I can highly recommend Darren and Batchelor's. Thank you!

Domnicke was very nice, extremely competent, and took the time to explain what he did and answer our questions. We could not ask for, nor expect, any more. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. Made my dad feel comfortable and valued as a customer. Out of a 5 star rating we would give her a 6. Wish more people would follow here example as how treat customers.

The technician was on time and began work promptly. Work was done in a thorough and professional manner. Everything went smoothly and he handled my service renewal payment for the next 12-months. Very satisfied with the service.

Shawn did a great job looking at the HVAC and suggested a few fixes. He was courteous, kind, and knowledgeable.

Beware the maintenance contract…they don’t maintain the unit. Then when the compressor failed, they paid for 1/2 the replacement. Not wanting to fully admit fault but when my unit failed again less than 1 year later and I called Keith Air out to see what my problem was, this is what we found. Not only was capacitor the wrong size which can kill a unit, neither of these filters had been replaced or cleaned out. Batchelors had come to my house several times between 2022-2023. There was a mess left in my attic, old parts boxes and what not left from when compressor was replaced. The cover was not put back on the inside unit in the attic. And yes I refused my service call a month or so ago because I knew they weren’t doing their job properly and they texted me saying they were sending the same technician who had been at my house, hours before compressor died in October. Are you kidding? More than one person isn’t paying attention over there. Finally, when my compressor issue happened I dealt with the most unpleasant business owner I’ve ever encountered. I wish the star rating had -5* because I’d definitely give that to this company. However if your looking for an honest AC company, I’ve found Keith Air to be quite literally a breath of fresh air.

Domnicke did a great job for us. He was extremely professional and really knew what he was doing. Solved all our problems quickly and courteously. We are very happy to have had him come by.

April was thorough, competent, and communicated well throughout the diagnosis and repair of our HVAC system. I will be insisting she be our technician the next time our system needs attention.

Jasmine Ireland serviced our HVAC and Generator. She always does an EXCELLENT JOB!!! Very Professional, takes her time and gets it done right and in a timely manor! She had also serviced the same thing about a year ago as well! Had the same EXCELLENT service then too!!!

Shawn was superb! Very personable and professional. He was able to find and fix the issue with our a/c in our son’s room above the garage. Batchelor’s has a great reputation and it was confirmed once again with this service call. This is one of many reasons why we have a maintenance contract with them!
