I cannot say enough great words about this company. Beau was our technician who diagnosed our issue and then fixed it later. He was phenomenal. I spoke with Jay over the phone about our options after Beau’s diagnosis. It couldn’t be more apparent in speaking with both Beau and Jay that they have the customer’s best interest at heart. Trustworthy company with trustworthy people running it. We will be repeat customers…I just hope not to be anytime too soon:)

From start to finish, they were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. They went above and beyond what was required to track down and fully fix my leaks, making sure everything was done right, not just patched temporarily. They took the time to explain what was going on, answered all my questions, and didn’t rush the job. It’s rare to find tradesmen who genuinely care about the quality of their work the way Virgil and Nathan do. I was having issues with my upstairs heat. After calling early that morning, I found that I was the first one on the technician's schedule. He arrived at my home promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem and made necessary repairs. Technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. Would use Tri Counties services again.

We are in the midst of a renovation project in our garage and the folks from Tri-Counties Heating and Air have been fantastic. The guys are very professional and kind and have been a pleasure to work with so far. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We've been using Tri-Counties for years and they have always been great. This time our heat went out during a VERY cold night. I called early the next morning and they were at my house before lunch. Turns out an air bubble had found its way into my gas line, something I could not have diagnosed. It didn't take the technician too long to fix and they didn't charge us any more than the base fee. I will continue to use and recommend these guys for years to come.

These guys are AMAZING! I had a problem with my ac in the summer and I was leaving to go on vacation. I left them a key and they came in and fixed it for me. I even forgot to turn a fan off and I called the sweet technician and he turned it off for me and left my keys in the house. Everyone is so kind there. The lady that answers the phone is precious too.

Quick response, free quote, work performed on time and at a reasonable cost. Re-installed main HVAC air handler duct which a plumber removed to get access to the water lines for repairing a leak.

I have been using Tri Counties since I moved into my current house, 10 years ago. When it came time to replace our 31 year old unit last year, they were the first company that we called. Wade and the staff are very dependable, and the easiest to work with on scheduling routine maintenance or whether placing a service call. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. After two years of helping me keep the old system running the time came for us to replace old Mr. Freeze our heat pump. At 13 years old there were too many problems including a leaking coil. So we got bids. Tri Counties was $2000 less than the nearest other bid. We spoke on Tuesday evening. Wednesday morning they came and by five we could put an ice rink in our house. Great service, friendly techs, wonderful job. My WIFE IS HAPPY and that is a bonus for me. We will continue to tell our friends about Tri Counties Heating and Air. I've used Tri Counties in every house we've had since the 80s!! Always excellent service, above and beyond. They don't do anything that you don't need, and they discuss in detail what you do need, and their estimates are spot on. I recommend them to everyone!!
