Jimmy Harris of Harris Services is knowledgeable, prompt and polite. You text him and he responds quickly. You call him and he answers the phone. We will use him and his company for all of our HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and gas fireplace needs. I’d give him 6 stars if I could.

Jimmy is knowledgeable and honest. He repaired a generator that had been declared "unrepairable" by a prominent Generac dealer. They offered to sell me a one for a mere $12,000. Jimmy replaced a part and repaired the generator within a few hours for a tiny fraction of that price. Beware dealers who work on commission. Jimmy Harris is not one of those. I highly recommend his services.

Called Jimmy this morning at 830a. He was at my house at 10a. I showed him where everything is located. He quickly diagnosed the problem (bad capacitor) and replaced it. Super great service and a great person. Would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.

They had to take down duct work from the crawlspace so I could have some work done, and put it back up. They were so easy to work with, great communication, and got the work done in a timely manner! Would definitely recommend them!

They came on Friday for a no cost estimate. They were over $1,000 cheaper and came on Sunday to install the unit in about 3 hours. Would recommend for sure.
