Called late afternoon on a very cold Sunday with overnight temps forecast to be in 20s and Matt answered on 2nd ring. Came out within the hour, diagnosed the issue with my broken furnace and had it back up & running great in 15 minutes. Professional, polite and really nice guy. Very fair price! Be Cool HVAC saved my mom from a meltdown. The HVAC quit cooling yesterday evening and temps inside the house quickly rose to above 80F. My mom doesn't do well with "change" and cannot sleep in a warm house. It was after 5:30pm on a Friday when I called Be Cool to see if maybe they could come out sometime over the weekend. Mathew pulled into her driveway less than an hour after my call and got everything fixed and "back to normal" for my mom. That's definitely pretty cool, and Be Cool is absolutely recommended!

The owner of this company is absolutely 💯 percent amazing ! He is very professional, proficient, down to earth all around great guy! He took the time to make sure everything was running correctly. He went out of his way to get the parts we needed , i made a post asking for heaters for my children as i could not afford to fix my central heat and air.
