Heating unit went down during the night, I called Miller HVAC first thing in the morning. They had it repaired, serviced and back running by noon that same day. Katherine, Chris and Dustin are very knowledgeable and professional, it’s a well managed company.

I was very pleased using Miller Heating & Cooling! Very professional, polite, and on time for the maintenance of my AC unit ... I will stick with them for my repairs & maintenance from now on. 2025-I had a 2006 Mini-Split 1.0 Ton Unit that died, James' Crew Installed a brand new Unit that is quite, efficient & high performance. They installed this unit in the best location of my home. I am totally happy with their installation & professionalism to me and my family, thank you James Miller & Crew! 2019-I have been in the General, Commercial & Residential Design Build business for over 50+ years. I am very impressed the James Miller HVAC Company, they had done everything they contracted for and even more! I highly recommend Miller HVAC for any job needed. Also, I would recommend you have a bi-annual maintenance service every year; this would prevent any major failures in the future.

Coulnd not have been a better experience! A+ Service from and A+ company! I completed a service request on the Miller Heating & Cooling website Sunday evening. By 07:15 Monday morning I received a message confirming an 8:15 appointment. By 08:35 heat pump bad capacitor was replaced and the A/C was back working. The sevice technician was great! He was everything I would look for in an employee for my own business.

We replaced our old A/C unit with new one. We could not be more pleased with work that was done. The crew from Miller Heating and Cooling did the work in a day and a half, were professional, kind and did everything they said they would do! After living and working in the Wiregrass area, I know how hard it is to find good help and have timely service. This company I have called twice and they’ve been to my house in less than an hour each time. I know that seems unusual but as a business owner I know how good it feels to have someone come out when they say they are gonna come out and do the job right. This company is by far one of the best companies in the Wiregrass area and very reasonable. They also will take care of everything for you so that you don’t have to worry about it. I think they are fantastic. They have great customer service. Call them.
