I recently had two new American Standard heat pumps and air handlers installed. The techs were highly professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They took the time to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I had hung a hook rack on the opposite wall from one of the air handlers and I thought I went into a stud but the screw actually went into the back of the metal heating cabinet. When the tech pulled it out to replace it he pulled some of the drywall out on the side I had installed the rack. It was my fault but he felt bad about it and his supervisor insisted that he repair it for me. I told him I would take care of it but he almost pleaded with me to let him fix the drywall. He came back the next morning and repaired everything as if it never happened, paint included. This is the best A/C and heating company I have ever dealt with and I've had several over the years. I would not call anyone else for my A/C and Heating requirements. I HIGHLY recommend them.

The service was great, unfortunately it took a good couple of weeks to get the system dialed in. The workers were very polite and respectful. Due to the difficulties they were able to get me a great rebate through my power company!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking!! Very competitive price and great service!!

They worked hard on a difficult job, but helpers were lacking experience & work was not first class. They did replace a slightly damaged evaporator coil unit before it was installed at my request, but that should be expected, and filter holder makes filter replacement impossible without tearing up filter as it is removed. Was not impressed with the duct cleaning they did. Have not received requested call back from owner after 3 days to discuss further work he promised.

Very happy with the quality of their work, their responsiveness, customer service and work all around. Just great people to work with!
