Even though I'm not particularly happy with the final outcome, Justin was extremely professional and provided very detailed information, he explained everything and provided a couple of options for our home to be comfortable. Two technicians came out today, they were very professional took care and caution in my home, they completed all the work, and I am very satisfied with Bama Air System and all those involved.

Just really great service! I realized I had a problem with a heat pump, called Bama Air at 4:52, left a message expecting not to hear back for a day … only to get a call at 5:02 and schedule a tech for first thing the next morning. They use a system to text a photo for the tech, and in general use best practices and sell the best equipment. I just really appreciate the professionalism.

Bama Air Systems promptly addressed my inquiry and scheduled our service for the same day. Within two hours, Justin efficiently diagnosed our unit and resolved the issue by replacing a simple wire, restoring full functionality. Given the reasonable diagnostic fee of $89 and the expedited service, I am pleased to recommend this company.

Awesome as always. I bought an HVAC with a gas piggyback for heat back in 2018-2019. Bamaair installed it and ran gas lines for it and my instant on hot water heater. I was offered a labor warranty and a twice a year check up for a nominal fee. As a family owned business I was kind of skeptical as sometimes once a customer base is established by a business quality suffers. Not with Bamaair. They have restored my confidence in proprietor owned businesses. They back what they sell and that’s hard to find in today’s world. Thanks Bamaair for valuing your customers.

Now I have a new HVAC tech for life. Justin Wood was so personable and knowledgeable. We were very impressed with him. He explained everything we wanted to know. I felt like he puts his heart and soul into his work. We also purchased the maintenance plan. Can't beat the price for 2 maintenance visits per year. I was also shocked when I called the office and a lady asked if I would like to divide my payment into 2 payments because they liked to help people! I lived in Birmingham 49 years and I never heard anyone voluntarily offer for you to split your payments. That said a lot for Bama Heating and Air.

Called a week ago about a new HVAC system. Josh returned my call and was out that afternoon. He gave us many options with prices and warranties, so we had all the info in deciding which unit would fill our needs best. We had a new unit installed today (14 Mar 2025), 2 1/2 ton Daikin by Jonathon and Justin. I was called at 7:45 by J. C. and said the crew was enroute. Arrived promptly at 8 and completed by 4. And this included a parts run, lunch, and all cleanup. This team of 3 today were beyond considerate, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would Highly recommend Bama Air Systems for all your needs. I have used them for trouble calls, maintenence and now a new unit. Thank you again, Randy McKinney

JC and Josh were very knowledgeable and professional. Josh did exceptional high quality work with attention to every detail. I have worked in the building trades for 16+ years and am a retired home inspector, so I have seen all kinds of work. Josh and his crew do excellent work and very timely as well. Brandon came out and found the problem quickly. Had to order part so now waiting but over all excellent service! Brandon just came and replaced the blower that was ordered. He was amazing. Had it replaced in about 30 minutes and heat is back on.

Outstanding, fast service, placed a call for an estimate, Bama Air immediately responded. When we setup and gave the project the ok, everything moved quickly to the install. During the install I could not be more happy, professional, on time all the time, great communication, very hard workers, they went above and beyond. No hidden surprises either. Top notch. Can’t say more than that, awesome from the first phone call to the completion of the work.

The technician was thorough and knowledgeable. He didn’t just tell us the problems and potential problems, he took photos of our unit and duct work to show us and explain each issue. He then gave us estimates to repair or replace our unit.

They were very courteous and they did a very good job. They took it apart. They knew what they were doing. I’m signed up for maintenance with them. They’re that great.

The installers came timely. Went to work as soon as they reviewed space. Professional, kind and finished fairly quickly for split unit. My only complaints are they should have left the paperwork on my unit. They did not turn lights off in two rooms, however they did lock back garage door. I had told them to leave electric garage door open and I would close it. They did leave paperwork on new thermostat. I would have appreciated 5-10 minutes spent "showing me how to use the thermostat". It has no knobs or dials. I had to pull the papers just to know how to adjust it. Technology! All in all it was a good experience and I would recommend this company again.
