The technicians who came to my house were not themselves certified, and were operating under the certification of the owner. They were friendly enough, but didn't always know what they were doing, and when something came up that they could not solve, the owner was the one who made the final decision. The owner never came to my house, and never saw what had happened, and this lead to a miscommunication that the owner deliberately exacerbated. If it's something very simple, I suppose this company can do the job. But consumers had better hope that there are no complications, because the techs that come out are not equipped to handle them, and the owner is apathetic to your concerns.

They did a good job. They were cheaper than the other I guy I got quoted at. He's very professional and he did a great job.

They've been very responsive and come out immediately when we need them.  They never over charge and have always done a good job.
