The installers were very professional & polite. The one problem we did have was they didn't hook up the thermostat correctly & the furnace would not heat any warmer than 65 degrees so we needed a serviceman back the next day to correct the problem.

They were very accomadating with whole installation. Everything was done on schedual even when I decided to have additional work done. When I called or emailed them, I got a reply the next day if not the same day. The project estimate came in under cost with rebate I recieved from Lennox. My home in Alaska now has a 95fficient furnace with a hospital grade filter system and a humidifier for the dry cold winters. Job well done. Thank you
