I recently purchased a 2026 Odyssey from Honda Gillman North, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Michael Jackson, my salesperson, and Moussa, the manager, were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were both friendly, patient, and very easy to talk to. What really stood out was how consistently they followed up, made sure all of my questions were answered, and were willing to work with me to get the car at the price I was aiming for. Unlike other dealerships I’ve dealt with—where I felt pressured and pushed to exhaustion—Michael and Moussa made the entire process comfortable and stress‑free. I felt so at ease with them that I’m actually looking forward to coming back for maintenance, just so I can stop by and chat. That’s how welcoming and down‑to‑earth they are. I’ve had my fair share of car-buying experiences, and let me tell you, the back-and-forth, price haggling, and endless confusion at dealerships can be overwhelming, to say the least. My partner and I visited multiple dealerships throughout the Houston area to find the best deal, and out of all the Honda dealerships we went to, Team Gillman Honda North stood out by far. From start to finish, we felt respected, valued, and well taken care of. We ended up purchasing a new 2025 Honda Pilot with the help of Augustine and Billy, who were both outstanding. They were patient, professional, and never made us feel rushed or pressured, unlike other dealerships. They took the time to answer all of our questions and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. Augustine was especially transparent and straightforward—there were no games with numbers. When I asked for the out-the-door pricing, he provided exactly what I needed. At other dealerships, we experienced situations where one thing was promised over the phone and something completely different happened in person. That did NOT happen at Team Gillman Honda North, which we truly appreciated. Alex was also wonderful in the finance office—polite, efficient, and helpful in getting everything wrapped up smoothly. We even had an unexpected situation come up during the purchase, and the entire team was incredibly patient and willing to work with us. The Honda dealership did an amazing job hosting — super organized, friendly staff, and a clean setup that made the event feel legit. Really appreciate how they opened their space to the community and let everyone enjoy the builds, the culture, and the vibe. Definitely one of the better meet locations in Houston.

I’ve been giving this dealership my business since it was Goodson Honda back in 2004 when Jason Jackson was there. I’ve purchased 7 vehicles from this dealership. My latest experience was with Eric Le since Eric Schneider was off this weekend. He took good care of me and my vehicle by making sure the service that needed to be done was at a reasonable price. It took a little longer than expected but it was still completed within a reasonable time frame.

Had a really good experience at Team Gillman Honda North. My service adviser, Eric Schneider, went above and beyond for me and made me feel at ease about the repairs done to my car. The service consultant was very thorough in explaining what was needed for our very high mileage but very well running Honda. She didn’t try to push unnecessary services and took time to review my previous maintenance records on my vehicle. The team is helpful and punctual.
