Integrity has done an outstanding job for us in every respect. They installed a new furnace for us four years ago and performed annual servicing ever since. We were lucky to find them.

We had an extensive remodel project that involved moving both the furnace and the water heater, as well as re-ducting most of the house and crawl-space. It was a complex job and our primary consideration was that it be done well. Integrity's bid was the highest but we felt it was also the most honest and realistic. A job as complex as ours is always going to run into unanticipated situations, but Jason assured us that no matter what they ran into, they would stick to the original bid. We were planning to have all this work done during the summer months, but as luck would have it our old furnace bit the dust early and we wound up having this done during the Great Freeze and Blizzard of February 2019. The crew was fantastic, doing stellar work in harsh conditions, putting in long hours to get our heat restored. The were always friendly, polite, and in good spirits. We are now warm and toasty, heat is even throughout the house, everything is working great. There was a minor glitch a couple of weeks after the job was complete (a faulty safety switch), and it got fixed the same day we called it in. Our thanks to Jason and the crew for a job well done: Billy, Cory, Scott, Josiah, and Desmond. We highly recommend Integrity Energy Systems, you won't be sorry. RB & SC Tukwila

The folks at Integrity Energy Systems did an excellent job with our complete HVAC replacement. The work included all permits, the needed electrical panel upgrade, the removal and disposal of our existing oil furnace, and the installation of a Trane heat pump and air handler/furnace for heating/ cooling, as well as whole house air purification via Air Scrubber Plus. Throughout the entire process everyone we worked with was helpful, professional, candid, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and never pushy. Matt worked diligently to listen to our needs, offer advice, and then put together the three comparative bids we needed to choose the best system for us. In addition, we happily found the pricing from Integrity very reasonable. The attention to detail throughout the entire bidding, preparation for install, and installation process was excellent. Integrity came out ahead of the installation and met with us to understand our specific concerns, needs, and expectations for the install. Even though our installation was done during an extremely busy time for the company, Integrity was able to bring in extra staff when needed and/or have folks stay late to complete work to keep things moving. They did everything possible to get the system correctly installed on schedule and to get us up and running as quickly as possible. In addition, Integrity worked with us during the install to locate system piping, electrical lines, etc. where they would work best for us, even though this at times required extra effort on their part. We’ve been using our system for well over a month now and we are extremely pleased.

It went as good as it could possibly go. The call for an estimate was answered within 24hours. The customer service people were able to keep tabs on where we were at in any previous conversation. The estimate for the HRV installation was free (big plus!). Other HRV estimates came with a few to just cost out the installation. The estimate was in line with another competitive bid. The service was booked for two weeks away and the day of service went incredibly smooth. All interactions with the installers were courteous and they took their time to talk us through what was going to happen. Overall, this company went above and beyond and we are thrilled to have worked with them.

Went great

They completed their work and I'm happy with it. What is hard for me is the city of Bothell has been a big hold up and it just took an unreasonable amount of time it really threw off their schedule and completion dates. But that really wasn't their fault. I would use them again.

The new air conditioning and heating unit was the first thing I had done to my house when I moved in. It was very expensive. I would grade them all A's. I think they might be a little more expensive, but they do a really good job. When I moved in in August last year, I had moved from a house that had air conditioning into a house that didn't and it was awful. I made some calls and another place, a good company, they recommended Integrity. This place was booked, and so Integrity came out. It took about a week, but within a week I had air conditioning installed and so that was a big deal. Even the price, the air conditioning, I would give everything an A-plus. I came in when they were really busy, I mean super busy, and they managed to take care of me, so that was a big deal. Probably they'd be the only one I'd use in the future if necessary.

I didn't have a gas line to my stove. I put a gas stove in and so Integrity ran the gas line to the stove. I probably could have had someone do it for a little cheaper, but trust is a big deal. For the quality of their work, I'd say A-plus. They're awesome. Another thing I liked about them is they're on top of things. I would definitely be likely to use them again.

Excellent in every respect. Knowledgeable, clean, efficient, expert sales and installation crew. At end of project we were visited by a company owner who made sure everything was done right and to our satisfaction.

Installation went fine. Love the new furnace . You really want to listen to Matt the estimator about heater sizing, I wanted bigger but he explained to me why bigger isn't always better. The size he suggested works perfectly for our size house even though bigger would have cost more he didn't try to up sell me . I felt the price was very good also.

I've used Integrity twice now. All 3 techs who have attended to these service calls were very courteous, professional and easy to get a hold of when I needed to. The first time was for just seasonal maintenance of a gas furnace a year ago. Levi performed the service and he was very thorough and also gave us tips on what to do to maintain things by ourselves going forward. He also took the extra time to hook up a ducting connection that had come apart in our crawl space at no extra cost. A+ service. This latest time, I had Jason come out on Saturday since our furnace stopped heating completely. The culprit was a defective circuit board. Our options were to fix for $1k or replace the entire furnace (15 yo) for $7k. We paid for the diagnostics and mulled over our options for a day. In the end, we ended up choosing to replace the furnace and the diagnostic fee was refunded to us. The install was performed by Tyler. He left the area cleaner than before he had started! He also covered the accessible duct seams with mastic very thoroughly. That was about 2 hours of work and made a perceptible difference. We had also paid for the replacement of our clothes dryer venting. The estimate was for 3 hours of work and we were billed accordingly. When he got started on that portion of the job, he realized that the work was going to take less time. So the next day when settling up, I mentioned this to Jason who then courteously took off the extra time from our bill. There was also a ticking noise from the furnace that Jason fixed right away (ended up being a piece of tape in the furnace blower) Again A+ service from Tyler and Jason. I highly recommend Integrity.

I sent this email to Integrity and haven't heard back. Ironic. ===================== Message: Hello, I purchased a furnace from your company last year for around $9000 and was generally happy with the people and work performed. This year, I unfortunately had some kind of electrical issue that caused a failure of the the transformer and it had to be replaced or the furnace did not work at all. I originally wanted to get the yearly service for $149, but to my dismay, I was not able to get the furnace service AND the part replaced without an additional $109 diagnostic fee (which took maybe 2 minutes to perform) plus the fee for the transformer of $185. I was told $322, with tax, for a diagnostic and the part and I could add $149 for the yearly service on top, which I chose not to do. What happens if you're servicing the furnace and find an issue? Is there a diagnostic fee associated with that? I can't imagine there would be, my guess is it would just be the cost of the part. However, what makes this so much more troublesome is that I looked up the cost of the part that was replaced and they are $10 at Home Depot. I know there is a premium to pay to have someone do the work for you and there is overhead and salaries, but a total of $322 for essentially a $10 part is not sitting well. Especially after only having the unit one year. Had I been able to combine a yearly service with the part replacement (essentially $50 more than I currently paid), I would not be as concerned. As such, I will not likely be a return customer, nor would I recommend Integrity Energy Systems to others. Regards, Justin

We called them out to service what we thought was an ERV, but turned out to be an extra exhaust for our furnace that was leaking water from the roof. They were so professional that when they realized our mistake, they actually lowered our bill to reflect that it was an investigation instead of a service. I was so impressed with their honesty and competence, that they will be the first company we call when we need a new furnace or A/C.

My experience with Taylor and Integrity Energy Systems was a mixed bag. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive but a supposed 2-day job ended up requiring 7 different site visits. Issues with staffing and permits stretched the initial job from 2 days to 4 days.
The system was installed in May 2015 but during the following winter we noticed that there was no heat in one of the bedrooms. I discovered that the ducting to the bedroom had been cut when the basement ductwork had been modified by Integrity. Integrity was responsive and fixed the issue with no cost. But it required 3 visits, one to confirm that a duct was cut, one to install new ducting, and finally another return visit because the technician didn't initially have the needed dampers.
It seemed like there was a new technician with every site visit for the HVAC that required re-explaining the job. I went with Integrity to do the electrical work because I thought it would integrate well with their HVAC crews. But it really seemed like they were almost two separate companies. There also was an issue with the electrical permit being filed with the wrong address that I only discovered by reviewing the DPD website but this was also fixed by Taylor and his crew.
As I mentioned previously everyone was very friendly and answered all my many questions. Integrity's bid was one of the higher ones I received but I think that is part because of their warranty on workmanship and included first year system check-in. I understand that there are always complications that happen in construction but I am slightly leery of recommending Integrity because of the delays and communication drops.
They did a complete replacement, including moving the outside installation to conform to new regulations. Never left us without heat. The installers stayed late to complete work when they hit one of the snags that old houses always provide.
I have never done business with a better company. Their staff (Issac, Mat, Tyler, and Chase) was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and professional. They were on time, explained what they were going to do, and did exactly what they told me they were going to do. We were replacing a 26 year old furnace in a cramped space. They ran into some problems but solved them. We are new to Seattle and I was unfamiliar with the furnaces used here. They spent time answering my questions; explained everything I need to know and taught me a lot about furnaces. You will not regret doing business with this company.

What I just shared with friends: I want to give a shout-out to Integrity Energy Systems who has done electrical, hot water tank (both electrical and gas) replacement and furnace replacement over the years. I've worked with half a dozen of their guys and all were highly capable, unfailingly nice and I thought the costs were fair.
