They fixed my central unit and said there was a year warranty on the repair. Within a few months the central air unit failed again and they refused to fix it. Made excuses not to. Their own technician said it was their work that needed to be fixed. After spend thousands of dollars I am still without central air.

I hired SuperTech to replace an AC unit with a heat pump. Steven was very helpful and flexible in helping me pick exactly the right package for me (didn’t need emergency heat because we have oil as a backup). I got a nice credit for my old AC unit as well. Installation went smoothly, and they were very responsive when I had an issue with my thermostat shortly after (the new heat pump was causing a phantom error message to show up). Price and service were great - would highly recommend them!

It was great!!! Steven the owner was very helpful in terms of helping me pick out the right A/C unit and thermostat. Dili, who was coordinating things from the office, was very responsive through the process. On the day of the installation, Rick and Martin did a great job and were very friendly. There was a small complication at the end (the issue was related to some idiosyncratic wiring at our house -- our house was built in the 1950's), and Rick and Martin worked tirelessly to fix it and Steven the owner came to help out as well. Overall, it was a wonderful experience at a great price!

They managed to get a tech out to us for a *same-day* inspection. Did a great inspection, were quick during on-site time, and only charged us $70 for the inspection since we were passing repairs on to buyers (was an as-is sale). Stephen was our tech, and was very personable and understanding of (if curious about) some of the quirks of our place. Planning on calling them again for our new house when it's HVAC is due.

They did not show up for the first appt, and did not bother calling. I called them after the timeframe passed and that's when the said they wouldnt be able to make it out. We for the next day. This time they showed up and added Freon to the HVAC, and that was it. Turned out two weeks later we had the same problem because they hadnt detected the leak, so we had to call someone else out and pay more money. Would not recommend this company.

Excellent, arrival was on time, service was quick.  Recommendations were made and necessary repair was made including some regular maintenance items.

Work was done well, I believe cost was very high, should have been approximately half. I was also charged the deal price through Angie's list but that work was not performed (i.e. standard maintenance) .The estimated cost of the work performed was approximately $300, but I was in a pinch and wanted to get the job done.

Steven was great!! I am a first time homebuyer and we purchased a completely renovated rowhome. He even drew me a diagram to explain how the a/c unit gets cold air into the house. He clearly explained that we would pay a diagnosis fee (WORTH EVERY PENNY) and then we needed to vacuum the line, add free on, and do a pressure test. He basically finished our A/C install that the original contractor should have done. He also mentioned that he does HVAC inspections for I think $60. I wish I would've known this when I got my house inspected because the inspector I used said it was too cold to test the A/C. I will definitely be using Steven & his company again. Side note: I have two 60 pound pit bulls and he was great with dogs! <br />

This guy goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to diagnosing the problem and fixing it right. Not only did he give us a great deal, but he kept my family safe from a disastrous situation that was occurring which we were unaware of. He kept coming back until the problem was completely resolved and that included working with the gas company to ensure a gas leak outside of the home was repaired. He actually came out at 10:30pm at night just so he could make sure the gas technician knew the full nature of the problem that he discovered. In the end, Steve installed a great new quality furnace for a fantastic price, and my family is safe in knowing Steve covered all aspects of the job with expert attention to detail. You can trust Steve with your repair. If I ever have a problem, he is my go-to guy for years to come. Thank You Steve! <br />

I gave you all "5s" and here's my review of you and SuperTech: If you are located anywhere in the Baltimore Metro area and have a HVAC problem,do yourself a favor,contact Steven at SuperTech HVAC. His prices and services were superior to the 6 other HVAC repair companies I contacted. He is a perfectionist when it comes to his work. Have used him twice so far and would not consider using another HVAC contractor. Even followed up with me a week after he replaced my entire HVAC system to make sure I was happy and it was working properly! Most doctors doing surgical operations don't even do that anymore!" <br />

<p> The technician showed up as scheduled. He even called us on his way to our home. The diagnosis was quick and accurate. In addition, he patiently explained to us what the cause of the problem was and what needed to be done to fix. The quoted price was very reasonable. After our approval, he fixed the problem and provides warranty for parts and labor. </p> <p> </p> <p>On a side note, he wore shoe coverings to protect our flooring and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.</p> <p> </p> <p>Overall, the job was done very professionally, well exceeding our expectations. The individuals involved in this review are DAN and GARY. If I can give a zero star I would. I requested for someone to come out to my home in Baltimore to check out my HVAC and ductwork situation. I was not receiving sufficient air on the top level of my house. During the consultation, they assured me they would resolve the issue. A couple of days later the workers came to begin working by adding a return on the lower level and installing spines to help redirect air. Not once did anyone test anything to prove this was going to be the best solution. Ultimately it FAILED and then they had the NERVE to ask for thousands of dollars for payment. There was no effort to resolve the issue. I had to seek outside consultants to provide a solution and TELL THEM HOW TO DO THEIR JOB. Please do NOT waste your hard-earned money on a company that actually does not test, does not provide quality solutions, and will overcharge for simple work. Very disappointed in their service, and I will spread the word that no one should seek their service.

Excellent costumer service, excellent job

I originally had them out to repair a builder grade central A/C system from 2003. When I learned the part needed was no longer available, I purchased a new Lennox system that I've been extremely happy with. I believe it was the owner himself who came out to go over my options. Very knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in finding the right system for my place without trying to sell me something I didn't need.

Professional all around and cared about my needs.

I found SuperTech to an honest, professional, and hard working HVAC contractor who does excellent work. I had talked to three other contractors before I met with Steven from SuperTech. Steven, by far, took his time to explain the details and things to consider when replacing a heating and AC system. His prices were extremely competitive. The other contractors provided estimates on bottom of the line off brand systems. Steven provided an estimate on a reputable brand system. I did my research and knew that the system he recommended was a quality system. It was an easy decision for me to go with SuperTech. They installed a new outdoor AC unit, furnace, and whole house humidifier. They went above and beyond to do the job and do it right. Due to the layout of my ductwork and the lack of space in my utility room, they had to go back to their shop, fabricate a duct extension, then come back and install the humidifier. Unexpected additional work that they cheerfully and professionally did just like the rest of the job. I highly recommend SuperTech to anyone thinking about purchasing an HVAC system.

Very happy with the service. Were able to come out earlier than scheduled.

A month later heat is out again!
