Zerorez Carpet Cleaning

This wool rug was in terrible condition and I even wondered if it could be used. Hadeed did an exceptional job on cleaning it. They shared options for repairs. I am very pleased. Also the staff that comes to pick up and deliver the rug are so professional and able. The whole process is worth it. This my second time using them. They have a great service company.

The staff service was all fine from promptly quoting a price, to pick up and delivery in the the scheduled windows. Personable delivery guy Nick. The large 8.5 x 12.5 rug was very dirty- dust would rise if you rubbed your hand on it, had matted pile, and impressions from a bed for 6 years. Looks rejuvenated, like new now.

They did a fantastic job cleaning some older rugs and doing repairs. After bringing in 2 rugs for cleaning..brought 3 more for cleaning and 2 of those had the bindings repaired. They even educated me on the origins of the rug style/patterns which was much appreciated! Very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend!

Hadeed was recommended by friends, so we took several vintage Persian carpets to them to be washed. We were very impressed by the recommendations made by the associate at the Alexandria store. He offered to deliver them back to us saving us a trip. The rugs were washed and ready to be returned in a week. And they are so much brighter. We are so pleased that we sent 2 more vintage carpets to be washed. Thank you Hadeed, for outstanding service!

I was moving. Hadeed picked up my carpet from my apartment, cleaned it and repaired the edges, which were deteriorating. Then they delivered it and arranged it in my new condo within days. It looks like new! I couldn’t be more pleased with their services.

I have cleaned, dyed, resized, and you name it room sized wool, silk handmade loomed rugs as well as my favorite outdoor synthetic rug with Hadeed. They provided pictures of their work, ask detailed questions, and provided straight forward pricing based on the size and type of rugs. They have excellent customer service from the people who pick up and drop off the rugs, to the people who answer the phone and respond to emails. As a result, they are my first choice in rug cleaning. I have an update to my review. I unfurled one of my very large rugs nearly a year after it had been cleaned. I contacted Hadeed Carpet Cleaning just to let them know that it did not include the rug pad I initially purchased. I was just letting them know for quality control purposes, as I certainly waited far too long to complain about this error. They contacted me immediately and just as quickly offered to remedy the situation. In less than 72 hours there were two professionals at my door with a pad, which they expertly installed. I am beyond happy with this level of customer services. My five stars stands. It’s how they addressed this issue that was just remarkable. Thank you to the two men who braved the ice to come to my home and to the gentleman I spoke with on the phone who resolved this situation. Just a great family owned business!

My experience with Hadeed Carpet was mixed. I contacted Hadeed to repair the sides of my Karastan rug. I was told the rug would also need to be washed, which I agreed to (Hadeed washed it 2 yrs prior). About a week later, I was informed that if the sides were repaired, the fringe would also need to be replaced at an additional cost. Hadeed rep says she did not tell me this, but that was my understanding of the conversation. At best, miscommunication. The sides definitely needed repair, so I agreed to this add’l cost. I was surprised when my rug was delivered a few days later and the sides had not been repaired at all. It had been washed and the new fringe attached. One side was in worse condition than before. So the carpet went back to Hadeed and eventually the sides of my rug were repaired with at least one service (fringe) that seemed superfluous to me. That said, there were two positives: the pickup and delivery service was excellent, and the wall-to-wall carpet cleaning by Hadeed came out beautifully. My only recommendation is to make sure a rug cleaning agreement is clearly stated and rug owner should take ‘before’ pictures.

I’ve used Hadeed for years to clean and repair my oriental carpets. Some of them are over 100 years old. They always do a wonderful job. Hadeed is prompt, professional and easy to work with.

Great experience. Hadeed’s crew picked up my 4 Oriental carpets, cleaned and repaired them, and placed them back in my home, assuring that they were properly aligned with my hard floors and furniture. They were kind and professional. I would happily use them again.

True professionals from top down. Easy and clear communication. They set appointments for pick up and drop off, were precise with pricing and options for services, and kept me informed all the way. My rug looks great and all doors and stains are gone. There is no perfumy detergent smell, either.

If you have quality wool rugs this is the way to go. If you need to clean, modify or repair they do a great job from pick up to drop off! Moving, have them clean your carpet and return to new address!

This is a followup to my prior review. Zerorez offered a $50 convenience fee through the Better Business Bureau. I responded that because there was a time lapse, I felt that half the cost of the glass panel (no labor) would be acceptable. They had the audacity to respond that I never told them what the cost would be and then challenged the BBB, so they closed the case. But hey, the membership fees are paid by businesses, right? For the record, a glass panel repair in 2014 cost me a little over $600. I have the receipt. So Zerorez could have settled this for $300 in today's cost (at minimum but I would have accepted that). Zerorez chose to make me expendable. Bought and sold for the cost of cleaning two small cleaning jobs. Sad. They do NOT make things right! Neighbors beware!

Used Zerorez in June 2023. The technician did not report a problem. Yesterday, I found a star shaped wound with a streaked crack behind where a silk plant had hidden it. Realizing that it is now three months out, I expected some sort of mediation with Zerorez for the glass repair. Martha was unsympathetic and rude, asking me if I ever enter the room and adding that I should have reported it sooner and my home settling could have damaged the glass. Well I would have liked to! They absolutely do not live up to their motto of making it right! The company was very unprofessional and accusatory. I have no reason to try to put something over on them. I just want the company to work with me to fix my armoire!

I haven't shampooed (or had shampooed) carpets in decades. Water is bad; dry or chem cleaning is good. So, even though I was vacating a rental house, I hired Zerorez to clean the carpet. It looks great! I did have to pay an extra $90 to clean a mess my cleaning lady made when she spilled toilet bowl cleaner on the carpet. She rubbed and rubbed (NEVER rub; dab!) and added water, hoping to fade the blue. Oy vey! So, it cost an extra $90 to ensure that got out but I went over today and checked -- it's out. EZ to make the appointment. The man whose name I now forget showed up early; called to see if that was OK. He was polite and respectful. One price surprise: I had been quoted a price for three bedrooms. One bedroom had a walk-in closet; there is an additional charge for walk-in closets. I should have been asked that question on the phone when I made the reservation. Not a huge deal, but a point for future consideration by the Booker. Seems Zerorez cleans things other than carpets. Who knew? Good experience. When the carpet in my own new home is ready to be cleaned, I will definitely call Zerorez. BUT the best thing to do for carpeting is to vacuum it daily and have it cleaned infrequently. When you do, do NOT shampoo it; call Zerorez.

Stains in carpet were not removed. $456.00 is way too much for not removing the stains. I could have bought new carpet for that much money. Horrible job. You should tell customers that you cannot get stains out and if you don't, lower the price. Horrible job.
