From when they gave me the quote, I knew I was gonna use them. They have very good rates. And they have a better warranty than the majority of other HVAC companies in the area. They showed up prompt on time and professional got the complete system. Installed within two days on a new build. I only gave him five stars because I couldn’t give them 10. Would definitely recommend Wright for all your HVAC needs.

Had an outdated system that needed replacing, no idea where to start. Got a couple quotes (that were all very professionally presented and thorough) but didn’t feel right, thankfully got an additional quote from Wright and from the size of system, the upgrades optional and the ones necessary, and the transparency about products and brands used etc. Not only was their price more competitive, I felt I had the whole picture. Knowledgable sales, Josh answered all questions before during and after and maintained great communication and customer service. The crew that came out were awesome, Chris led an easy (for me lol) and can’t say enough about Gene and the others being polite and considerate while I was working from home and keeping my doors and gates shut and being cognizant of my two dogs. Have already recommended them to others! If you’re reading reviews because you’re on the fence, give Josh a call you’ll be glad you did 🙂

We took advantage of the annual maintenance plan and they were wonderful!! Called me right away to schedule our first appointment within 2 days, were promt, very efficient and thorough!! Very impressive....Would HIGHLY recommend Wright's to everyone!

So just had a full system replaced in my home. As a Stationary engineer I'll have to say Josh was amazing with information and follow through with the installation, the install crew was awesome! Not only did they do an amazing job they kept the mess to a minimum and we're curtios even after crawling around in an attic .. Big shout out to you folks , job well done and thank you so much for getting me a system I can now trust.

My ac went out overnight and my longtime, go to repairman, had retired. He recommended Shawn at Wrights, so I called early in the morning, explained my situation and my availability to meet someone. Shawn needed to check the schedule and he got right back with me and said he could send someone now if I could meet. Sky called on his way in, had me do a few things for analysis so when he got there he had an idea what he was looking at. He explained the standard costs, what he thought it would be for this job so that before starting any work to make sure I understood what he’d be doing and estimated cost. Very thorough and professional the entire time. Took pictures pre and post work, showed me what he’d done. Got it fixed quickly and at a good price. I also made my meeting in time. Very pleased all the way around.

My family has used this company for over 20 years... We have had a lot of work done by them and all has been excellent quality! Would recommend them to anyone. If you want quality work from an honest company then Wrights is the place!

Woke up to a warm house in the middle of the night after 4th of July called Sean at Wrights heat,air & refrigerant and they had me up and running again before noon. They also went the extra mile and fixed a mistake made by a previous hvac service company thanks again for your help

The technician was very courteous when providing me an quote. My interaction with him was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable, came when they said they would and explained everything to me. Best customer service in the business. I called around to several HVAC-R places for a for a package unit and prices were all extremely high. The sales rep quoted me a price that was so great you couldn't beat it with a stick, even if I showed you how. The tech's came out out and got me taken care of and I was super impressed with how professional this company is. Anytime I’ve had issues with our AC Wright has been there quickly, one time on a holiday weekend the owner personally came out and got us back up and running. You don’t forget service like that!!!

I was charged $641.58 for HVAC system repair and maintenance in a condo that is occupied by a tenant. After the services were delivered, the system would not cool below 75º F, until it stopped working altogether 48 hours later. I called to apprise the company of the issue. A technician showed up while the tenant was away but never sent me a diagnosis report. I had to call to find out what the issue was. I was told that several parts needed to be changed and that I should change the system. I waited for five days for Wright Mechanical to send me an estimate. In the end I used another company whose recommendation was to change the system since it was too old. Further, the new company stated that the repairs that had been performed by Wright Mechanical were not advisable given the age of the system. I called Wright Mechanical to get a partial refund, recognizing the work had been done, but noting that it had failed 48 hours later. Wright Mechanical refused to issue a partial reimbursement and didn't even bother to reply to my requests. Based on this experience, I advise against hiring this company. They are expensive, unreliable and unprofessional.

They were very good. I thought their price was very good. They were good on responsiveness. They came on time. Overall they were good. They did a good job, so they don't have to come back.

This provider was first hired to perform preventive maintenance and basic inspection of my HVAC.  There noted the need for refrigerant but called while I was at work, not even bothering to leave a message.  I then had to arrange for their return after being told it wasn't their responsibility to leave messages because the technician couldn't be expected to stop his progress at the complex.  They noted no other issues and refilled the refrigerant.  Several weeks later the unit stopped working and I contacted the business, emailing directly with the owner.  I relayed my expectation that if preventive maintenance was performed an issue should have been caught, a message should have been left and my unit certainly should be working.  After several email exchanges a technician returned to the unit to find a problem that should have been detected with the first and second visits.  Instead of fixing the problem the technician was instructed by the owner to leave the premises, as the owner was unwilling to take a risk that work he performed might not be adequate.  If you're looking for a company who stands behind their work and delivers good customer service, this is not the one.  I three visits I paid $160 for a unit that is not working, only to be told that my emails asking them to stand behind their work were threatening and that work would not be completed.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. <br>

The work went very well. I was nitpicking about one aspect of the install which came about because I was not on site on the install date to tell my preference. They returned and fixed the issue to my liking. <br /> I dealt with Ms. Hamilton to schedule the return date and she was very accommodating of my schedule. <br /> <br />
