Bill Stinola, owner and operator of Thermodynamix, is a class act. Highly competent and knowledgeable, he advised us on the most effective -- and cost effective -- replacement of the antiquated heating and cooling systems for our 70-year old home. When we had problems (of our own making) two years after installation, he was quick to respond and correct. He has our highest recommendation.

They came in to do a diagnosis, recommendation, and maintenance/service on an existing, functioning central AC system. They broke our AC so that it stopped working completely, on the hottest day of the year, and then left. Our home went up to 87 degrees. Then they refused to acknowledge that they could have caused any damage, and refused to come back, saying they were too busy, even to just check on what they had done. I was able to get another contractor to come in and fix what they had damaged. The second contractor could easily tell what mistakes they had made and correct them. Thermodynamix was the worst possible combination of qualities - incompetent, arrogant, and unremorseful.

AC was installed in a timely manner. Negative: Had to move thermostat which left a hole in the wall that I had to repair. Mike was very responsive and professional.

He called to come earlier when he found out I had no heat. He was professional and considerate. Highly recommended.

Everything went well, but the job only took half an hour but I was still charged for the full hour.

He came out on a Saturday night, and the issue was with our carbon monoxide alarm. I feel like he potentially saved my family! You can tell this isn't just a job for him, he really cares.

Pricing was great...Excellent crew!! Did my hvac in a timely manner. Arrived on time and left sooner then expected. My hvac was installed and runnng before I knew it and they cleaned up/took all the garbage!...so well after themselves you can’t tell they did such a big job. ,I would defiantly recommend them.
