We previously had a great working relationship with Expert National Janitorial. Their team was responsive, professional, and operated with integrity. We valued the partnership and delivered high-quality services across multiple sites on their behalf. However, since Expert National was acquired by The Facilities Group, the business relationship has drastically changed—for the worse. Our experience with The Facilities Group has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Despite fulfilling all obligations and delivering services as agreed, payments have been consistently delayed—or not made at all. Repeated follow-ups are met with generic emails, excuses, or complete lack of response. They’ve demonstrated a troubling pattern of hiding behind bureaucracy instead of honoring their financial commitments. We strongly advise other service providers and subcontractors to be very cautious before entering any working arrangement with The Facilities Group. In our experience, they do not operate in good faith, and the risk of nonpayment is high. We take pride in our work and in the integrity of our client relationships. Unfortunately, this is one partnership we would not recommend. We have since severed our relationship and had to take over a $10,000 loss on unpaid invoices. And if you are considering being a customer, know that they perform no work and sub it all out and treat their subs terribly.

I was very excited to start working with the facilities group as a vendor. Unfortunately it has been nothing but a headache for my company. There’s no communication within the company. Their payout system is ridiculous. I would not recommend this company for vendors to do business with. I could go on. We have decided to go our separate ways with The Facilities Group. Please be careful when you go into business with them.

They are slow to pay, want to charge us to direct deposit our pay into our account. so many times have we been low on funds and they always seem to pay late. Not consitant in their financial obligations form my stand point. So glad the place we cleaned for National janitorial let them go so we are not working with the so we do have to deal with this circus of a company!!!!

Not good at all, their subcontractor completed work on October and still have not paid. They said it was a system issue, but that’s not our problem. Job done well deserves on time payment. It’s almost January and no word about payment. Do better!

Do not waste your time, they are a complete joke and a farce of a company, unorganized, unresponsive, the account managers are unprofessional, and to top it off we haven’t been paid since May, but they keep wanting to send over jobs that need to be completed. Not happening.

Joe Persico at TFG is amazing. He’s dedication goes above and beyond to help his vendor partners. Even on a Sunday! He goes out of his way to help/ assist in anything! It very refreshing to know he’s in our corner.

We have worked with The Facilities Group on the Pep Boys account. In our experience, the operational and payment process was extremely frustrating. Invoices were submitted beginning in August 2025 and were resubmitted multiple times. Over the course of several months, we received inconsistent explanations regarding invoice status, including different internal status descriptions and changing reasons for non-payment. At one point, we were told the work orders were complete and eligible for invoicing, and that there should be no issue submitting the invoices for processing. Even after that, payment was still not made. Our company made repeated follow-up attempts with Operations and Accounts Payable and requested clarification on what remained outstanding, but the matter was not resolved in a timely way. Currently our last requests for payment and reasons why payment has been withheld have gone without answer for several weeks despite reaching out to many key figures in the company including with top management and accounting figures and providing all documentation of the money owed. Based on our experience, vendors should proceed with caution or avoid working with TFG, and current and perspective clients of TFG should be aware that this practice has occurred in our case.

Julie contacted me and from there everything went smooth. Two guys came and within 30 mins my rugs looks like new. They were very nice and answered all my questions before leaving. The carpets did take longer to dry and they said it would take up to 3-5 hrs. The next morning in some areas were still wet. I would recommend them.

Good Experience! Cleaning staff was on time, and extremely professional as they fielded questions and went about their work. Julie was wonderful answering my initial questions and setting my appointment. She was also professional while dealing with this caller and at no time was she pushy during our dealings. Two techs provided the service, with Robert being the lead, and both were professional in manner and workmanship. Even though two small stains were not able to be removed, it was not the fault of the techs since they were diligent in their efforts to remove them. In that regard, all I can say is that we as owners need to be careful as we eat and drink and not allow any droppings to linger any longer than necessary. Thanks to The Cleaning Group with its STEAM CLEANING!

The crew was very polite. They took great care of my home - i.e. shoe covers ect.... I had some unknown stains which they got off without me having to ask,.....overall a very good and professional job. I would absolutely use the company again and would gladly recommend them to others.
