Our ac went out suddenly and, after getting scary quotes from 2 other companies, we were given the contact information for Strive Heating and Cooling. Not only did Strive come out quickly, they located the problem (which was so much less involved than the other companies said) and immediately had it fixed. The work was completed very quickly. You would never know any work was done because they cleaned a up everything. Keith and Reid were very courteous and prompt. Aubrey in the office is a real sweetheart! I had the best experience with this entire process.

Next best thing to having a friend in the business. Keith came to provide an estimate and surprised me by being willing to knock the small job out, right then. What a relief to get it done. Don't tell them, but I would have gladly paid more to get such perfect customer service.

I bid out a job to replace an old heat pump and an old gas furnace with new heat pumps. Keith understood why I would want to do that (I have solar). Of the contractors that bid on the job, he was the most thorough in his examination of my home, taking lots of measurements, inspecting the existing hardware, and asking about my smart home setup. Strive's bid offered the most value for my dollar. It included equipment that I wanted at a lower price and included other incentives the other bids didn't. They were willing to work with my schedule, even when things got a bit disorderly when the stay-at-home order began. Ultimately, it's very hard to review an installation job a few months in, but I feel confident giving high marks based on value, professionalism, customer service, and being willing to stand behind their work.

Very professional and friendly. The job was finished when they said it would be finished. They cleaned up after themselves. Their prices were affordable and didn t feel like they were out for the money but to give the customer what they needed/wanted. I would definitely recommend them.

Very courteous and efficient.

Very responsive; called several times throughout the day to get info on my furnace in order to diagnose the problem remotely via pictures/text before he got here. Needed a part but returned very quickly to fix the issue. Furnace works fine and luckily was taken care of within 1 day.

At this time he has not started the work be is working with me to get everything set up for him yo start in about 3 weeks. I'm remodeling my home and moving walls. He always calls when he tells me he will. so far everything is going great

Not only did they replace my old oil system with a heat pump, they replaced my entire AC system as well. Much more efficient, included new thermostats which are operated via mobile devices, and gave me peace of mind. Recommended an appropriate heating and AC system, replaced everything and did it in an efficient manner. Much more reasonably priced than all other quotes, prompt service & quick completion of the task. Didn't try to talk over my head about things that I wouldn't understand, explained it clearly and effectively. Highly recommend to anyone needing any type of heating or cooling repairs or replacements.
