Bill and Kathy the owners are so awesome. Bill is extremely knowledgeable and kind with identifying issues and repairs, and Kathy is detail-oriented and communicates well with scheduling. All the workers have been kind and respectful, cleaning up the mess at the end of each day for a week long project. Bill saved us from another HVAC company that made up issues with my furnace, saying we needed to replace it, lied about the warranty, all sorts of stuff. Bill came to look and it only needed the filter changed! He basically saved us from being scammed. We’ve had them do quite a bit of electrical work for us and will use them for anything we can in the future. I’ve referred several friends who have also had great experiences. Can’t recommend enough!

Our 52 year old furnace died during the 2022/2023 cold rainy spell and resigned to get a new furnace ASAP. I called Geers Heating and plumbing and they recommended Southern California Energy Services to us. I called and everything went swimmingly from there. Bill the owner came out and inspected my dead furnace, he found that not only was the old gal dead but there was a leak in the shutoff valve. We ordered a new Very reasonably and competitively priced too O The line Furnace that was installed with in a couple of days by a team of really professional installers. The actual installation took 1 3/4 work days. Bill came out the following day and gave us a detailed class on the care and maintenance on the new computerized gas furnace. All in all Southern California Energy Services and everyone connected to it were professional, caring and as friendly as could be. Oh and they were responsible careful and clean. As an added bonus, Bill had his guys install a heater vent in a previously unheated 1/2 bath adjacent to the heater closet and they went so far as to match the paints color in the bathroom. I highly recommend Southern California Energy Services Inc for Heating and HVAC issues!

Lady had a very bad attitude when I called. I asked if I could get my AC unit being serviced, she asked who had been servicing my unit, I said my friend did, then she said “why don’t you call him”.. What kind of customer service is this? It is a very bad attitude. There are thousands of AC servicing companies in SoCal that provide AC services, why is she acting as if this is the only company. In a way, I am glad she gave the attitude. Because I called someone else, and they were so good, so nice when I called. They came out the next day and got my AC up and running in less than 30 minutes.

I would recommend this company for any work regarding heating and air conditioning. I had an air conditioning and a new heater installed. The owners, Bill and Cathy are such wonderful people, they were great to work with. The installers worked very hard and they cleaned up at the end of the day and you never could tell they had been there. So glad I called this company to do the work.

Just had Bill and Matt come identify and repair a pesky electrical problem. They found the elusive problem and fixed it within a few hours. It was a potential fire hazard and could have been disastrous! I've used SoCal Energy several times and I couldn't be happier with their expertise, honesty, affordability and service. Bill just radiates Good Will and Friendliness. He's the best!! He'll go out of the way for you.

I do property management and have a few rental homes in riverside. I have used Mike for years and have always found his knowledge and work to be exceptional. Very fair pricing. He is a smaller company and gets busy during very hot days, but hey try to accommodate everyone as soon as possible.

I hired this company to repair my A/C, afterword, I needed to contact the hired worker, no working phone, either business and or cell phone, I am afraid this company might be a fraud. Please check! I request a receipt, they have not provided it yet...

Mike came out right away and quickly correctly diagnosed my heating unit. He ordered the correct part and installed it two days later after part arrived from out of state. Works great, he even patched up a leak in my heater door. Price was what I had expected.

It sucked. The guy didn t know what he was doing. He initially didn t show up for the agreed upon date, plus no call to tell me that he s not showing up. He called the next day. He gave me an estimate, but then replaced one thing saying that it s the problem, but then changing and saying now it s another problem from the first problem that will cost me another $280 on top of the original estimate of $400 to $500. I told him no don t order the other part and put everything back together when he comes the last time. When he came the last time, then he came up with another problem that will cost me more money. I told him no just put the furnace back together. He kept me waiting for 2 hours on a Friday evening saying traffic and the rain and this was the 2nd appt. after he didn t show up for the first one two days before on a Wednesday. He called the next day on Thursday and said he didn t show up because of the rain. Really!! This such bull-shit! He never fixed my furnace and at the end started making me ridiculous offers to eat the cost on certain parts if I purchase a new furnace with him. This was a total bate and switch. If I needed a new furnace, then he should have just told from the start, instead of running up the bill on 3 different parts, but then after he put in a new master circuit board or so claims then it was another problem, then another. When I started questioning what he was doing and it didn t make sense to me, is when he started making offers to eat the costs on some of the parts. Hell, he already made his big money when he changed the circuit board which cost me $200, plus $250 for labor which I thought was ridiculous, especially since he didn t fix my furnace and he didn t show up for the first appointment, the 2nd appointment he was 2 hours late and the 3rd Appt. he was 90 minutes late and when I Texted him to tell me how long before

Mike came out on Labor Day. We decided that because off age and damage to my unit it was better to replace it. He was here at 9 am the next day with new unit. Installed perfectly! Enjoying better AC than we ever had before. Couldn t be happier.
