After quotes from several companies we felt very comfortable with the owner of Shoretech Services. He was very knowledgeable, to the point with no upselling, offered reasonable prices and was a technical professional. Shoretech also participates in the Delaware rebate program which saved us money! We liked that his company had solid 5 star reviews, which is not easy to maintain in a service industry. After the install, we can see why Shoretech is so highly regarded. They were very considerate to have in our home, prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job on the install! We look forward to continuing to work with Shoretech for many years.

Overall Excellent experience. Having no heat with 5 degrees outside is no fun to wake up to. Read the reviews for Shoretech Services and made the call. We received a very timely response and a quick service visit within hours of our call. Tom was our technician and called ahead to set an expectation of an arrival time. He arrived on time and spent time to explain what the problem with our HVAC was and what was involved in repairing. A part was needed and he was able to pick it up same day and returned back to install. We were not established customers, but will be now! We did not hesitate with signing up for a service contact with Shoretech Home Services so we can see continue working with them in the future! Thank you for coming to our rescue with a smile and a great experience.

Best experience I’ve ever had with any HVAC company. Very responsive and they show up when they promise. Professional and so helpful in explaining exactly what the issue is. Tom, the technician, is absolutely fantastic. It was so pleasant talking with Tanya at the office who quickly set up the appointment for my HVAC emergency. In addition to above, I’ve found ShoreTech to be reasonably priced. Highest accolades to SoreTech!

Chase was absolutely amazing! He was so knowledgeable, friendly and accurate! He corrected the wires on my 11 Yr old system and fixed many other issues promptly and efficiently to give me heat again! I am so relieved, happy and highly recommend him and the Shoretech family!

Absolutely deserving of their perfect 5 start rating. This family business was amazing start to finish. We had 2 heat pumps replaced by them. Reasonable price, great service/install, and quick turnaround. It's a unicorn. Also, we had a whole home humidifier installed. Our house went from 26% to a comfortable 40% overnight.

Dave Boney is great. He explains what he is doing, answers questions and is always personable and professional. I was so over using other companies who were always trying to sell unwanted and additional services. You focus on customer service and your prices are very reasonable. Keep true to your standards and we will have a long partnership.

Dave is the best! I love that Dave has been servicing my house and remembers what’s he’s done and treats my house like his own. Having ShoreTech as part of our family was our best investment, from Tonya to Dave we are treated like old friends. They call me when servicing needs to happen, are easy to schedule with, and quick if there is an issue. Hands down one of our best decisions!!

From the first phone interaction with Tanya (so helpful), to the ease in scheduling appointments (timely), to having HVAC maintenance performed and an air scrubber installed by Tom (so knowledgeable and professional) - Shortech exceeded all expectations! Chase and Andrew did a great job for me. Chase explained all the options and had the system performing in no time. Even our dog Max is grateful. He can go back to lying on top of the floor registers. Overall, a great experience and would certainly recommend.

Chase replaced a failed thermostat and explained all the options available. He got us up and running on a weekend for an emergency and returned to perform regular maintenance. He was a pleasure to have in the house and highly informative.

Tom was on time and very nice to work with. He answered all our questions, made a few adjustments to our furnace and programmed our thermostat. The visit was part of our free first year maintenance.

I received a phone call from the technician letting me know he was on his way. When he arrived at my home he introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. He was very polite and knowledgeable, he treated my home with respect. He was very thorough in everything he did. I’m very happy that I switched to Shoretech Services.

I moved to Lewes last March and knew I needed a service contract for my aging HVAC. The Shore Tech office got me a prompt appointment, and Chase has been delightful and professional to work with.

We called Shoretech on a Saturday night after a renter let us know the house was not cooling. Shoretech was out first thing on Sunday morning and kept us posted via the phone throughout their diagnostics. They were able to address the issue, left detailed notes in the invoice, and the price was extremely reasonable. We are super thankful and impressed - especially as homeowners that have dealt with two other companies in the area in the past that provided pretty bad service. This is actually a company we’d be happy to signup for a membership with!

Dave called and texted ahead of his arrival He arrived on time. Dave was efficient, friendly and polite! He took care of our heating unit and changed filters. I was very pleased with his service!!!
