Schafer has been great every time they come help us out. Matt and Lou were a huge help today. Great group of guys. I highly recommend.

So I don’t normally do reviews, but I really felt I needed to for this company. Me and my business partner are opening up a small business here in San Antonio and we literally had the best experience!!! This company and its employees were always on top of what we needed and worked so hard to fix our a/c. They were out there asap whenever we called and came out multiple times to make sure we were fixed up and ready to go by our opening date. An employee even stayed for HOURS!!!! To make sure it was working, before he left. From talking to Reagan, to the employees we met, Adrian, Anthony, and the other Anthony. Thank you so so much for your communication, professionalism and promptness! I’ve never had an experience like this and I’m so grateful for them. They didn’t have to go beyond, but they did!!! Thank you all so so much from the bottom of our hearts!!

He showed up just as he said he would. Was willing to hear my thought on the problem. He was great at finding the leaks and fixing them. I would call him hire him again. Nice work.

Mr. Shaffer took care of the problem, which was a leak in the basement from a copper drainage pipe. He was here a few hours for this issue and needed some local supplies. I felt he was very fair with cost of the job. As he works as regular job as I do, you will need to be flexible as far as when he is able to do your project or may have other jobs ahead of yours. Would definitely utilize Mr. Shaffer again as I am sure other issues will come up with an older home.

Mr. Shaffer arrived on time, replaced the pipes under my sink, and the sink no longer leaks. Very efficient, job well done!

Mr. Schaffer is a professional His pricing is fair and had the issues fixed in about 30 minutes. I have hired him for some more work
