I spoke to Jim who was incredibly helpful and friendly. I'd highly recommend Sani-Vac. I had called Ductz right before them and my experience with Ductz was not good. Keep up the great work.

I agree, the front desk or whoever answer the phone calls is really rude, asks minimal questions, does not explain well, is rushed, and gives you an overpriced quote based on very little information.

Really really rude front desk customer service. Pretty much hung up on me, while requesting a quote.

He was fast, clean and thorough. He showed us pictures of before and after. Very nice gentleman. He was also the first to call me back.

The salesperson, Eric, was very pleasant and professional. He arrived on time. Eric explained the process. He answered all of my questions. Before he started the work, he took a photo and showed me how the inside of the ducts looked before beginning and a photo after. I was very impressed. The process was exactly like the video on their website. It took about an hour and half. I am very happy and impressed with the results. I will use and recommend the company again. Great work!! Thank you.

The technician was very professional and engaging. He explained everything he was doing, how it worked, how all the tools worked, and why they are used. The before and after photos are helpful to see what had actually been performed. I feel strongly that he actually cleaned the ducts, instead of just vacuuming the registers.
