Refrigeration Hardware is great and Sarah is the best! She is always extremely friendly and very helpful in identifying and locating parts for many different pieces of equipment. Parts are always delivered on time and Sarah has been extremely helpful if there have ever been issues. I appreciate her personal approach to her job and our needs as a customer. Even when I don't have all the information on older equipment that I should, she tracks it down and gets it quoted. Hired Ron Hoyt to repair my refrigerator. He showed up at my home, diagnosed my problem, insisted on collecting prepayment for services and to order parts. Was told he was come back to repair as soon as he had all parts. Kept my money, never showed up again.

Hired on two separate occasions for work on washing machine and then on oven. Very knowledgeable about each applicance. Came in and evaluated each situation and knew exactly what was wrong. Very friendly and helpful. Good honest repair man.
