Daniel talked us through our options and ultimately helped us select the appropriate equipment for our needs. Elijah and Erie did a really great job during the install and went above and beyond. Erika coordinated the entire job and was incredibly helpful and knowledgable on the phone and via email. We are very happy to alert the public to what a great company Qualtech Heating and Cooling is! Finally decided to get a modern mini-split system and was expertly guided by the owner, Daniel. He had such patience coming out several times to reassure us of the correct placement of each unit. Their project coordinator, Erika Thompson, kept our permit and paperwork in order, while continually communicating with us. She was a super star, always available to answer any questions and helping with rebates! Myriam Rios made sure our contract was correct and on time. The real stars of the show were Elijah and Wilson, the installers. They went the extra mile, making sure the connections were protected and safely installed in difficult areas. The unit outside blended perfectly with a great paint job (thank you Eika for making sure they had the correct paint). I recently had my 32 year old heat/air unit die on me at the peak of summer. After getting quotes from 3 installers for a Carrier unit (all 3 found on Carrier’s site), I selected to go with Qualtech. Not only were they the cheapest, the other installers actually tried to sell me units from other companies that I did not want. I was a little wary that the quote I received from them was almost 60-70% of the others, but their reviews were good, so I went with them, and I could not be happier. There were no hidden surprises at any step and the process was seamless. Daniel heard my requirements and preferences with patience, and walked me through how the whole process with work. He spent time looking over my existing install, and told me what would need to change. The install team led by Eddie were prompt, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about their work. He took the time to explain the system and answer all of my questions, making the whole process stress-free. A special shout-out to Erika, my project coordinator, who truly went above and beyond. Not only did she ensure everything ran smoothly, but she also helped me access rebates and savings opportunities that I wasn’t even aware existed. Her expertise and willingness to assist made a real difference and saved me extra money, right down to adding removing my fireplace to get access to significant rebates and even coordinating with the government agency to get that rebate approved. She also ran my entire permitting process with zero faults. I’m also grateful for her friendly support that made scheduling and follow-up a breeze. Overall, this was a fantastic experience—great product, great price, great service, and genuinely helpful people. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new heat pump AC + Furnace units!

The installation crew was not only skilled but also extremely polite and professional. Erika, the office manager, coordinated everything with great care and professionalism. Daniel and Myriam, the owners, brought deep knowledge and efficiency to the project, and the installation team of Wilson and Josue delivered excellent workmanship. I’m very pleased with the results and highly recommend Qualtech for their outstanding service and integrity.

Our HVAC unit needed replacing. Everyone from Qualtech was great. Erika answered all our questions and told us what to expect and when. Daniel met with us, explained our options, and helped us choose the right solution. Elijah & Eddie did a fantastic job with the installation, including keeping everything on schedule.

Prompt service and great communication. They new exactly the right solution for a heatpump to function in my small space. They gave a competitive price and were efficient and thorough in the installation. On top of that Erika seamlessly make the entire process (even post installation) go smoothly

We had some duct work that needed to be performed. After calling Qualtech, they sent someone out the next day. The estimator Omar was thorough, patient, friendly and provided a very reasonable estimate. The repairs began the next day and the installers Elijah and Erie were prompt, friendly, professional and took time to explain the installation. I think that I finally found a reliable, reasonable and quality HVAC contractor.

It was time to replace my 20-year old system (furnace, ac, coil). I had used Qualtech (Daniel) before for repair I so called him, and because it's a big ticket job I got quotes from other 5-star shops. Anyway, Daniel came in significantly lower for a Trane system that had better specs and brand name than what the other shops were offering. It's incredible how much of a price difference there can be. When it comes to honesty and fairness Daniel is the real deal. Anthony and Leandro did a fantasic job with the install. We do not have a spacious mechanical room and the AC had to be hauled down a hillside in the rain. They did it - and worked for 10 hours until the job was done. They also installed a 'Clean Effects' electronic air filter which means my air is cleaner and I never have to buy disposable air filters again. Quality work at a fair price. Highly recommend.

Qualtech installed a wall mounted, split heat pump for us. Daniel came to our house to look at the project. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and made some very good suggestions. The proposal was comprehensive and easy to understand. Elijah and Wilson were the techs who installed the system. They also were very good communicators and very knowledgeable. They worked through several obstacles, consulting with us as necessary, and we ended up with an excellent installation. They handled the whole thing including the electrical. The price was not cheap, but it was in line with the other contractors we looked at. We would recommend Qualtech to anyone.

I needed to arrange a furnace installation for my elderly mother. I’m in Montana, she’s in California. Working with Qualtech couldn’t have been easier. They sent a tech to evaluate the system. We discussed the options and scheduled the installation. My mom was very happy with the process. Communications with the company were excellent. Very satisfied

Qualtech was recommended to me by my neighbor who was thrilled with their new mini-split. Daniel came out on a Thursday, we had our bid the following day and after a few questions, scheduled our mini-split install for the following Monday. Wilson and Elijah showed up right on time. They were fast, efficient, tidy and finished our mini-split install way faster than I thought it would take them. I am really happy with the service and product. Start to finish, it was a breeze. Highly recommend them!

A friend referred me to Qualtech when it came time to replace my HVAC and they were great to work with from start to finish. The presales process was great and exposed where I was being oversold by a competitor. The installers - Antonio, Eric and Elijah were super pleasant and did a great job on the install. Lastly, Erika Thompson was a wiz in working with and following up with the regulatory agencies until all of various rebates were received. I would highly recommend this team for all HVAC needs.

QualTech was awesome to work with. The two-day install only took one-day to completely install a heater, air-conditioner, and water heater. Antonio and Elijah were top-notch professionals for the install. They explained everything ahead of time and made sure I was satisfied with their work as they were performing it.

Omar came out to give me an estimate for a new furnace and A/C unit. He was knowledgeable and honest. I didn’t feel like he was trying to just sell me a product. He also tried to get me a good product that was also more affordable. The job was performed by Abraham and Elijah. They did an excellent job! Erika and Laurie in the office were patient and helpful too! It’s so nice when you have a big ticket product installed and everything is done right and well. Such a relief. You can relax and know this company will be honest and have integrity and they will do the job right. I’m so happy I used Qualtech. My son had a disaster at his house with his A/C unit that is in his attic leaked, failed and his ceiling collapsed. I told him to use Qualtech for the job and he did. They put in a new unit and They made sure they put all the precautions in place so this won’t happen again! Great company!

I cannot say enough good things about Qual-Tech AC & Heating and their technician, Christian. After being without AC for two months, I had already gone through four different AC companies, none of which could figure out the problem. To make matters worse, I kept being told my unit was an Inverter system that they didn’t know how to work on. Christian showed up and immediately recognized what all the other companies had missed — my system is not an Inverter AC, but a regular system with a circuit board that allows for variable speed startup. That detail had confused every other technician, but not Christian. While I waited for a truly competent company to arrive, my second AC went out as well. Christian was able to repair both units quickly and efficiently. For context, one of the first companies I called treated my system like a guessing game — swapping out parts on my 2-year-old unit and even over-pressurizing the system, which caused it to fail after they left. Christian found and corrected this issue right away. He was professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire process. After months of frustration, I finally have both AC units working perfectly again, thanks to Christian and Qual-Tech. Huge thanks to Christian and the entire Qual-Tech team — I highly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable, knowledgeable, and honest AC service.

Can't get any better than this group for a start-to-finish Mitsubishi ductless mini-splits system build. Project initiator Daniel, coordinator Erika (thanks for answering all of my questions before about what my system config should be!), and installers Antonio & Eddie were par excellence, all of them! Complete outdoor HeatPump, 18k main Wall-mount unit, and 2x 6k BR Ceiling Cassettes system was installed efficiently, carefully and cleanly by pros A & E onsite in 2 days! Right from the start QT made the entire process easy, including Erika's no-nonsense up front Quotes to help me quickly know what i was in for, all the way thru to Antonio's final demo & tutorial on how to best operate the system, features, limitations, etc. Great experience all the way thru, many thanks again!!

Phenomenal experience with Qualtech! They replaced our 20+ year old air conditioner and furnace with a new unit which works extremely well! Erika was incredibly supportive through the entire process - from scheduling to paperwork to processing rebates for us. Omar quickly came to our house to do an inspection and provide a quote. He was able to give us multiple options that would work for our space. Antonio and Erie came the next week to rip out our old unit and replace it with a new energy efficient system. They were extremely thorough and tidy!

We experienced so much more than a “rating” can express about Qualtech technicians Elijah, Isiah, and Herson…And Erika behind the scenes (so to speak) as well as Omar. A “rating” can probably just be seen as a number broadly describing a feeling about quality and effectiveness of products, service, and/or overall experience… We have been fortunate to engage Qualtech for regular service over the years, to having our HVAC system and complete duct work replaced - And everything good described above and that we could have imagined the experiences to be, were what we received - Thank you!

It was time to replace my entire HVAC system. I had a great experience with Qualtech. Daniel the owner came to the house and reviewed what I had for an HVAC system. He asked what I want in a new system along with other various questions. He provided in his quote a couple of options. I had more questions on the equipment and zoning, so made a second appointment. We discussed the system I chose and he made a suggestion regarding it. He saved me several thousand dollars by suggesting to hold off on zoning the ducting and try a thermostat (Ecobee) with remote sensors that would average the temperature through out the house. Well that worked! Erika was very pleasant and helpful with setting up the installation due to my schedule and answering some additional questions I had. She said my contract would live on the corner of her desk until I was ready to do the install. Day of installation the gentlemen Eligh and Wilson were right on time, put down tarps on the floors and got right to work. By the end of the day they had completed the installation, explained how it all worked, explained the warranty, tested the system to assure it was working correctly, answered a couple of questions, cleaned up and left. Painless! Nice job Qualtech.

I would not use this business for anything. Their technician gave me a fraudulent repair estimate for $1500 but recommended replacing the system entirely for $29,000. He then didn't return my phone calls though he charged me for the diagnostic appt. After a week i gave up, called another company who repaired it the same day for $500, said it did not need the parts Qual Tech said it did nor did it need to be replaced. When i called Qual Tech, the office manager made up a story, claiming it was all my fault, and refused to credit my card for the diagnostic charge. They were hostile, unprofessional, and dishonest. It was an awful experience.
